My least favorite time and probably yours too. I know how you feel. I'll be trying to be ok and then, shark week happens and I'm not. It turns me upside down and makes me feel really dysphoric. My dysphoria on a normal basis is really bad. It makes me very insecure. Shark week makes it even more difficult. Here are some things that may help during that difficult time.

1. Make a nice hot cup of tea
2. Draw/Write
3. Listen to music
4. Cuddle with a stuffed animal
5. FaceTime a friend
6. Read
7. Take a hot shower
8. Eat some dark chocolate
9. Take a walk
10. Make a care package for a friend and send it to them.
11. Go on an online shopping spree
12. Curl up and watch some movies
13. Take a nap
14. Sing(if you enjoy it and it makes you feel better)
15. Read some inspirational quotes/messages or try to create your own and write them down. So, you will have them if you ever feel like you need inspiration.

These are just some ideas that I thought of.
Please let me know if you think of something and you would like me to add it. Anyways, just try to relax and not throw yourself around. Take it easy, just do what you feel like doing.
