Where are the Mayan's from? I read allowed the question in my head expecting the answer to automatically burst out of my pencil on to the test. The questions seem to be easy enough to get an A on but boring enough to kill me of Lack-o-fun-phobia. I circle the letter B that says Mexico. The other answers were dead give aways, honestly are the Mayans's originally from Las Vegas. Heck, I don't even thin ck the Mayan's were around when Las Vegas was discovered. I was staring at my paper blankly as my thoughts wondered off to space. This always happens to me on test, I hate it. I usually lose my train of thought and rush at the end of the assignment and answer the last few questions remaining trying to answer as many right as I can. I was thinking about if i forgot to feed my cat Ca boodles or if i left his food bowl empty. I thin ck i did fill up the bowl. A deep booming voice awoke me from my day dream

" Keyana, stop day dreaming and finish that test. I know you have a tendency to to get the questions wrong around the end of the test. Look I know you are a bright student so show it for once." Before Mr.Rogers turns to his desk he gives me an encouraging smile, I smile back. As the bell rung I circled the last question, clearly D I thin ck. I catch up with my friend Janessa as we both turn in our test into the in-basket at the front of the room a few feat from the door. I look at Janessa and immediately her blue eyes sink into mine and she laughs.

" What?" I ask " Is there something in my teeth?".

" No, did you see your face in Mr. Roger's class" Janessa answered in between giggles. She then mocked out a tiring face, eyes drooping, and mouth relaxed.

" What is that?"  I asked before I burst out into laughter.

" You, duhhh " Janessa said with a hint of sing song in her voice. I role my eyes and  keep walking tor ward the cafeteria.

" Whats for lunch?" Janessa asks with sarcasm filling her voice

" It seems like it's grilled BBQ chicken"

"yay" we both say gloomily. We pick up our tray of half-raw chicken and find Cole waving his hand in our direction and pointing at two empty seats at his table. Janessa and I walk tor wards the table, actually i sashayed.
