Read! I'm warning you right now!!!!
So, it has come to the point where certain people just don't know how to have a some of patience, respect, or even common sense. I want to address a few things I see people are complaining about.
1. Development:
I didn't spend one day just creating this main character. I didn't spend a month or a year. I spent approximately 4 years writing all four books. It took a long time for the character to develop so STOP expecting the first chapter to portray the character as someone who is power despite who she is.
2. Situations:
Some of the situations wouldn't make sense right away. You would wonder why the character stays or leave but you wouldn't find your answer until later in book 2 or 3. You can't expect everything to be answered all at once. Yes, I get it can be frustrating to wonder why the characters did what they did or why they don't just do something else but there is a REASON for everything.
3. Be Patient
Some of you just want the first chapter to say everything. You expect this a lot. Let me ask you this, how did you become the person you are today? It took a bunch of good and bad situations along with time, right? Don't jump to conclusions just by reading one chapter or one book. All 4 books are connected for a reason.
4. Be Polite
I'm honestly trying to be really nice but some of you are pushing it. If you don't have anything nice to say, then shut the fuck up and move on. I've had people commenting it's a shit book on the first chapter or by the end of the book saying "It's a waste of time." Again, you expect everything to be answered within one book. This is not how my series go. So in advance, if you're going to be like one of those people and not bother reading all four books, you can simply leave. You don't need to be a complete asshole about it.
