The Destiny's Bounty

(Jay's POV)

Yesterday was fantastic! Sure it was a Monday but all over the school were ninja appreciation posters! I was even on the posters! Granted it was the blue ninja but I am the blue ninja! Everyone else also enjoyed the posters, kind of wished I had one for myself for my room but whatever. Surprisingly Wu didn't need us down at the warehouse yesterday, maybe he's planning something? I'll take to the others about it at school today

I exited my room and walked into the kitchen and say that my mom had made me some pancakes for breakfast

"Good morning Jay, enjoy the pancakes" my mom said as she placed the pancakes in front of me, I thanked her and began eating the pancakes. I finished the pancakes and said my goodbyes to my parents and headed off for school

As I was walking down the street I recognised a certain friend in a green hoodie, I quickly ran up behind him and tapped him on the shoulder making him jump in surprise

"Oh s-sorry Lloyd, didn't m-mean to scare y-you" I apologised to Lloyd

"It's okay Jay, I just wasn't expecting it" Lloyd said as he and I continued to walk to school

"H-hey Lloyd? I h-have a question to a-ask" I said to Lloyd

"Sure, what is it?" Lloyd replied

"Why d-do you think W-Wu didn't need us a-at the warehouse y-yesterday? Do you think s-something happened to him!?!" I said starting to freak out

"Don't be dramatic Jay, I'm sure he's fine. He probably just let us have the day off because of our win against Garmadon" Lloyd said to be making me calm down

"I-I guess you're right L-Lloyd" I said

Soon me and Lloyd arrived at Ninjago High and walked into the doors and found our friends all chatting away, we walked over and waved to them

"H-hey guys" I said waving

"Hey zap trap" Cole said mockingly before being silenced by Lloyd

"Hi Jay" Nya said with a perfect smile

"H-H-Hi Nya" I said shyly hiding my blushing face with my orange scarf

"So guys do you think we'll be visiting the warehouse later today?" Lloyd asked the others

"I do not know Lloyd, we will have to wait for Wu's call" Zane said to Lloyd

"Yeah Zane's right, we're just gonna have to wait" Kai said right as the bell rang

School is over and we're all headed over to the warehouse in our casual attire for once, Wu ended up ringing us up at lunch time and told us he needed us at the warehouse after school. We walked into the warehouse to see no Wu

"How strange, Wu is not here" Zane said

"Maybe he's running late" Cole suggested

Just as Cole said this we heard Wu's voice in the distance we all ran out of the warehouse and gasped! Wu was steering a giant beautiful looking ship! It had 3 sails with a red dragon design on them and was absolutely massive! It also had 2 dragon heads at the front!

"Sensei what is this?!" Kai asked

"Why it is the Destiny's Bounty Kai! Come aboard students!" Wu said as he placed a plank down so we could board the ship. I carefully stepped onto the long wooden plank and made my way onto the ship

"This is my ship the Destiny's Bounty!" Wu said proudly

"THIS SHIP IS AMAZING!!" Nya said as she jumped up and down with excitement with a huge smile on her face

"Yes it is Nya, I've had it for quite awhile" Wu said to us

"Why haven't we seen it before Sensei?" Kai asked Wu

"Well I had it worked on, but that's not important. I merely wanted to introduce you to the ship because we may be using it in the future" Wu said

"It is a beautiful ship Sensei" Zane said whilst admiring the beauty of Destiny's Bounty

"I am glad you like it Zane, now let us get to training!" Wu said as he hit his staff against the deck of the Destiny's Bounty

We trained for a long time, mainly using dummy's and basic training equipment. I've actually managed to master my flail very well, and everyone else seems to have mastered their weapons too! Looks like we'll be ready for Garmadon's next attack!
