"Love you too dyl" I chuckled and hung up.
"Ready to go?" Grey asked me.
"Yeah I'm ready"
"Anyone else driving?"
"Ace and I will join," Jaycee said
We nodded and then left, Grey opened the door for me and I got in the challenger buckling up and soon we were on our way.
"Grey?"
"Hm"
"Thank you for last night I really appreciate it"
"It's no problem I'm just glad you slept well"
"Me too. So can I ask why we're going into the city?"
"You'll see," he said
I nodded and looked out the window until soon we pulled up to Chick-fil-A.
I turned to Grey confused but he just ignored me.
When we pulled up to the speaker he rolled down his window to order.
"Can I get a small frozen lemonade and a small frosted coffee?" he asked
"You sure can will that be all?"
"Yes ma'am, thank you"
"My pleasure"
We pull around he pays and then we get our drinks.
"I knew you'd like this better over any other coffee" he smirked
"But how" I asked and sipped my drink.
"I'm just that good," he said cockily.
I like this playful side.
I smiled at him with a small chuckle.
"Maybe you are" I agreed.
"Tatum, I have a question for you now?" He asked
I looked at him expectantly.
"Who did that to you?"
"What?"
"Your neck." He said glancing at me as he took in my reaction as I faltered slightly.
I sighed, "I think you already know the answer to that." and looked away from him and out the window, it was silent after that.
Soon we made it to the city and drove to a mall, Grey parked at an Apple store.
I looked at him in confusion.
He got out and I unbuckled and he opened the door for me.
"Oh thanks"
"So why are we here exactly?" I asked
"To look at phones," he said and held the store door open for me.
