"Okay, that's enough," Alex interrupted awkwardly.

She shrugged and before she could go over to Moon, Star pulled her over to where she was standing.

"Everyone meet my wife Elise," Star said.

"Hello!" Elise said, nudging her glasses up some, and pushing her curly blonde hair out of her face.

"Oh, it's so great to meet you all!" She said, excitedly.

"How did you know my name?" Al asked, furrowing his eyebrows.

"Oh, I've got-"

Star interrupted her, "Okay, long story short, she got possessed by a demon monster thingy, and gained it's powers when she got rid of it."

Elise nodded, "So I can see through you and your past when I touch you. It's like watching a movie, but the movie is your life. And as soon as I touch you time freezes and I have to watch your life."

"That's..." Gash started but struggled to finish his thought.

"Terrifying?" Rad added.

"Horrible?" Dune added.

"I was thinking along the lines of epic, but okay," Gash shrugged.

"I can't really help it," Elise said apologetically, "And it's hard to control the urge to want to just know everything about everyone."

"Okay," Star said, taking Elise's hand supportively, "Did you get the van?"

She nodded.

"Alright!" Star yelled at them all, "It's time to go, let's get your weapons and load up! First come first serve on the seats!"

They all grabbed up their weapons, their extra clothes, (provided by Star), and food in bags (also provided by Star), and then loaded up into the large white van.

"Is this a car?" Moon asked curiously, "Where are the horses? Or the animal in front to pull us?"

Rad laughed, "It doesn't have one."

"It's got an engine," Athen explained, "That means it powers itself."

Moon's eyes lit up and Hog added quickly, "No, it's not magic."

Rad laughed as Moon seemed to deflate.

Star and Elise grabbed their Chimera and put them in the back of the trailer, which was attached to the van.

"I'm glad this thing can actually stand holding Ferox," Star said, "It would suck for him to be stuck at the house his entire life."

They closed up the door as Elise nodded her head in agreement.

Star noticed Athen was standing outside of the van.

"There's no more room," Athen said, looking frustrated.

"You get shotgun then," Star said with a smirk.

"I didn't see a gun like that in the weapons pile," Athen said, cocking his head to the side, "And how is that supposed to fix the problem of not having enough seats?"

He paused, but before Star could explain his eyes widened, "Do you want me to kill one of them?"

Elise burst into laughter, doubling over onto the floor.

"No!" Star exclaimed, trying to hold it together, "I was saying you get the seat next to the driver's. That means you get the passenger seat."

"Oh, why didn't you just say that, then?" Athen rolled his eyes and got into the van climbing into his seat.

Elise pulled herself together, wiping some tears away, and Star helped her up.

"Please don't get yourself into trouble okay?" Star said, her eyes softening when she looked at her wife.

"I was just about to say the same to you," Elise said with a smile, booping Star's nose quickly and then giggling some.

Star sighed, and pecked Elise's lips, before hesitantly leaving and then hopping into the car.

"Wait," Alex said, "The demon-lady isn't coming with us?"

"No," Star said simply turning the car back on.

"Why not?" Moon said, "She could be of great help."

The whole car seemed to agree, until Star said, "Elise has to stay here and protect the border."

"What border?" Hog asked.

"The border between all of our worlds of course," Star answered.

"What do you expect to come across it?" Al asked skeptically.

Star looked at them in the rearview mirror.

"Something that might be coming to stop all of you from killing its master."
