Chapter 3

Irenes Pov

I woke up in a dark room. The darkness seemed to swallow the room. I was sitting on a chair and when I tried to get up, I realised that my hands and legs were tied. The last thing I remember was going to sleep next to Wendy.

I heard breathing and whispers from somewhere in the room. I wasn't alone. "Hello?! Is someone there? Help me please." I said. I heard a deep familiar voice whisper, "She's awake".

A light flickered on and the room filled with light. "Well well well, look who's awake." A man with long dark hair, which was tied into a ponytail, said. "Jungmin. Where am I, why am I here?!" I said loudly. "You don't remember? If anyone found out our little secret? How you enjoyed it so much?" Jungmin said. "I did not enjoy it. Where is Seungwan? What did you do to her?" I demanded.

The door opened and two men walked in, holding a struggling girl. There was a sack covering her face but there was no mistaking her beautiful figure. One of the men pulled off the sack to reveal Wendy. Her short blond hair was messy and she was struggling against the ropes binding her.

"No, let her go. She has no part in this. She is innocent." I said. Before he could say anything, a faceless woman burst into the room. "Irene, my daughter, finally I've found you. Taeyeon kidnapped you." She said. I looked carefully the woman and she had the same figure of Taeyeon eomma, but it wasn't her. "Who are you woman? You aren't my mother." I said.

Jungmin laughed. "Oh Irene, always believing Taeyeon and Tiffany. Your biggest weakness." He turned to the men holding Wendy. They were trying to undress her but she was putting up a fight. "That'll do. I'll handle her from her." Jungmin said.

"Joohyun." I recognised that voice. I looked next to me and I saw Taeyeon eomma. "Don't listen to them, I would never kidnap anyone's child." She said. She showed me that she wasn't tied and snuck behind me to untie me. I stood up and saw that Jungmin was struggling to hold Wendy.

"Stop! Let me go! Someone help!" Wendy yelled as Jungmin unzipped his pants and pulled hers down. "LEAVE HER ALONE!" I yelled and walked towards them. "One more step. One more step and I will use and end her." He said. It was too late. Teayeon eomma had already charged at him.

BANG

One of the men had pulled out a gun and was pointing it above where Taeyeon eomma was now laying, lifeless. Jungmin shoved his penis inside Wendy. "NO!" I yelled as Jungmin pulled out a knife and put it against Wendy's neck. She screamed and her features were covered with sweat. "STOP! LEAVE HER ALONE! SHE DID NOTHING! TAKE ME INSTEAD" I yelled as I felt hot tears roll down my cheeks.

Third persons Pov

Wendy slowly woke up when she felt Irene shaking in her arms. She stopped hugging Irene and sat up. Irene was drenched in sweat. "No." Irene said, still asleep. "Irene, are you okay?" Wendy said. "Stop! Leave her alone! Take me instead!" Irene said louder, as if she was screaming at someone in her dream. "Joohyunie. Please wake up. You are making me scared." Wendy said.

"NO! STOP!" Irene said and woke up suddenly. She was crying and breathing heavily. "Seungwan.....y.....you're okay....h...he shot eomma....how did w...we escape?" Irene panted. Wendy pushed the hair out of Irene's eyes. "Irene, calm down it was a dream." Wendy said, rubbing Irenes chest soothingly. "S...so none of that was real? Taeyeon eomma isn't dead? There isn't a faceless woman claiming to be my mother? Jungmin didn't rape you?" Irene said.

Wendy was confused. "What? No, that was all a dream." Wendy said "Auntie Tae is probably making pancakes. There is no faceless woman banging at the door. And I am completely fine, apart from being worried about you".
