AC's POV

Hospital

We pulled out in front of the Emergency Room and I got out first so I can get out of their way, they got out of the ambulance with Lucky still on the stretcher, and they started moving him inside, and I believe into the emergency room, since they is where people should be when they are in a critical condition.

After they certain point, I wasn't able follow them, the security guard was speaking Japanese and I had no clue what he was saying.

I went on my phone and pulled up Google Translate.

"I don't speak Japanese." I typed in the english box.

The translated box appeared and I showed the guard, I gave him my phone so that I would be able talk with him using this app, and he gave me back my phone.

"Sorry, you can not go beyond this point, because of Hospital Safety Regulations. Please sit at one of the seats and sign in. You will be called when you may see the patient."

I translated a thank you message in Japanese and showed it to the guard before going to the front desk in the emergency room and signing in. I have to also fill out information about the patient, which is Lucky. At least the form has both English and Japanese so I know what I'm suppose to be writing. I can't believe what happened. What was suppose to be a regular plane ride, turned into a scary experience and now we're here. I hope he's okay. I keep praying that he's okay and everything else will be fine.

1 hour later

It's been basically an hour, and nothing has happened. My mom asked how is Lucky doing about half an hour ago, I told her that he is unconscious, and that's literally all I know. She said that they will be here soon, they were able to finally get the luggage, and now they are in a taxi on their way here.

"Ms. Bonifacio, please come to the front desk." One of the staff said.

I walked over to the front desk, and there was a doctor there to greet me.

"Are you Ms. Bonifacio?" The doctor asked.

"Yes ma'am." I replied.

"Hello miss, I'm Doctor Suzuki. I'm the one who is the lead doctor for the patient Reyond Lucky Ancheta."

"How is he? Is he okay?"

"There's good news and bad news. Which would you like the hear first?"

"Good news."

"We were able to remove the last shards of glass from his wounds, there was no damage done to any organs and there's no signs of any illness that could've occurred."

"That's a relief, what's the bad news?"

"Okay, well he lost a lot of blood, and he is going to need a blood transfusion. The problem is we don't have enough blood here at the hospital, and we don't have any available donors. We ran into a rare shortage. We used the remaining blood we have, but that isn't enough. We are expected to get more tomorrow, but the patient needs it right away."

"What are we going to do?"

"We are currently searching for any available donors, he requires AB- and if you know anyone here who can give him blood, see if they can donate blood for the patient."

"Okay, I'll try to get in contact with my mom."

"Alright miss, if you find a donor, then tell us right away, and we will get it transferred right away. The sooner the better, because it could lead to serious consequences if we don't get it soon."

I started dialing my mom's number on my phone to get in touch with her.

Dialing... Dialing... Dialing...

"Hello? AC? Is everything okay?" My mom asked.

"No, Lucky needs a Blood transfusion, and there's not enough blood at the hospital. There are no donors available, and he needs it now. The later we wait, it might be too late."

"What's his blood type?"

"AB Negative."

"Anak, you have AB Negative."

"I do? Okay, okay, okay, I'll call you back, I'm going to donate my blood to Lucky."

"Okay anak. We will be there soon."

I hung the phone up, went to the front desk, asked them to get Doctor Suzuki back because I can donate it myself.

I forgot they don't speak English, I typed it into my phone what I was saying so it translate to Japanese, and they nodded their heads. Two minutes later the doctor came back.

"Hello miss, did you find a donor?"

"Yes, I didn't know I had the same blood type, so I'll be the donor."

"Fantastic. We were getting desperate trying to find someone, luckily you have the same blood type so we can already begin it. Here, follow me and we will go to a open room so we can begin the process."

I followed the doctor through the hallway that was restricted and I didn't have access to earlier, and we walked to a room with a lot of the same equipment which all look like they take blood.

"Alright, sit here on this chair, and we can begin the process."

"Okay."

I sat down on the chair, she rubbed an alcohol wipe on the spot that she was going to extract blood from, I have a fear of needles, and I'm pretty sure Lucky still has one too. Though this was for him, and I don't want anything bad to happen to him.

I saw the blood being extracted from the tube, and into one of those blood bags, I don't think I have enough blood to fill the entire bag, the bag is empty, and I think it takes well over than however much blood I can give.

"There we go. That should be enough blood for Mr. Ancheta. Please stay in your seat, because you may feel a little light headed or might pass out."

"I do feel a little dizzy, but I'm fine for the most part."

"Just stay in your seat for the next five minutes. If you don't feel dizzy anymore, then you can go back. Here's some milk and cookies, this should help with the dizziness."

The doctor handing me a prepackaged container of Japanese made Oreos, and a small plastic bottle of milk.

"Thank you Doc."

End of the chapter, looks like AC is Lucky's hero, if she had not gave blood, who knows what could have happened to Lucky. With Lucky still unconscious, we don't know when he will wake up, after the blood transfusion? Could be, have to stay tuned for the next chapter to figure everything out...
