"Coming!" Ji-eun shouted from kitchen. She was washing dishes when someone rung their house doorbell. She quickly wiped her hands with a towel, and marched towards the front door.
She opened the door, her eyes meets with an unfamiliar young woman, who was grinning at her.
"Hi I am Yoo-in-na," The woman introduced herself.
"Yes! How can i help you?" Ji-eun asked with confusion written all over his face, because she didn't expect anyone to visit their house as they were new in the city.
"We're your neighbours." Yoo-in-na added with a polite smile.
"Oh! Please come in," Ji-eun said.
"Tae bear, now please come out. And why are you even hiding?" Yoo-in-na called out. Taehyung come out of nowhere while sheepishly at his mother.
"I was playing with you mom," Taehyung answered while rubbing his nape.
"Ah! Please come inside," Ji-eun approached, grinning at young boy. The trio sits together on the sofa of living room.
"It's really rude of me, that i didn't go to visit you," Ji-eun started with an apologetic smile.
"No no! you must be busy with arrangement stuff. I can understand," Yoo-in-na assured.
Taehyung's squirrel eyes starts to looking around, like he was searching for something.
"Shifting is such a headache, especially to us, the housewife." Yoo-in-na sighed dramatically.
Ji-eun chuckles, and nodded her head.
"That's why i decided to pay you a little visit. If you need any help, just ask us." Yoo-in-na said.
"Of course! I will,"
"By the way, Taehyung was really excited to visit your house for some reasons. He literally dragged me here," Yoo-in-na confessed and glance at Taehyung.
Ji-eun give Taehyung a surprised look. Taehyung bits his lips while hiding his burning cheeks because of embarrassment.
"He also told me about the garden incident," Yoo-in-na said.
"I hope Jeonggukie is now okay."
"Yes! He is alright now. And taking his nap right now, and sorry for that day" Ji-eun grinned at Yoo-in-na.
"Please don't be sorry. He's still a kid, after all."
The two women continue their chitchat.
So that bunny boy is sleeping now, Taehyung thought.
But is he okay now? Maybe the injury is still paining, Taehyung thought, and hissed at his thought.
"Ji-eun aunty, can i go to check on Jeongguk please?" Taehyung asked with pleading eyes.
"But he's sleeping Taehyungie," Ji-eun expressed.
"Please please i won't make any sound, I promise!"
"Baby bear, Jeonggukie is sleeping right now, you can meet him tomorrow," Taehyung's mother interrupted while patting Taehyung's back.
Taehyung's shoulder dropped.
"Aish! It's okay. If you really want to meet him, then let's go to his room," Ji-eun said and stood up.
Taehyung followed Ji-eun to upstairs. Ji-eun stopped in front of Jeongguk's room.
"Now go and meet him," Ji-eun whispered and left him there.
Taehyung slowly pushed the door, avoid to make any noise. He tiptoed towards Jeongguk's bed, where he was lying there peacefully.
Taehyung's eyes slowly studied Jeongguk sleeping position, Jeongguk's fingers were curled around a bunny plushie, his beautiful bambi eyes were closed, his lips were parted, snoring lightly, fists brunched on either sides of head.
Taehyung crossed his arms and placed it on bed and laid his head on his arms, straight looking towards Jeongguk sleeping face.
Taehyung giggles while poking Jeongguk's puffy cheeks, then nose and then lips.
"He's so fluffy,"
Taehyung stood up, and decided to check on his injury. He removed the blanket from Jeongguk, a little bit.
Taehyung grinned, when he saw that the scratch was healing now. He caressed the scratch and covered Jeongguk's body back with that blanket.
He whirled around and about to leave the room, when he heard a silent cry. His eyes widened, he didn't dare to look back.
You woke him up, Taehyung squeezed his eyes tightly at his thought.
"Maa," He heard a sniffle. He turned around with closed eyes.
"Ggukie is scared....."
Taehyung opens his eyes, he saw Jeongguk was mumbling in sleep while silently sobbing.
"Ggukie," Taehyung called, softly and placed his hand on Jeongguk's shoulder, shaking him lightly.
"Ggukie is scared, Maa.."
Taehyung doesn't know what to do with this kind of situation, after all he's also a kid, so he just laid beside Jeongguk.
"Don't worry Ggukie, TaeTae is here," Taehyung whispers.
When Jeongguk felt someone's warm body around him, he stops sobbing and cuddle the warm body.
Taehyung chuckles, and kissed Jeongguk's head, wrapping his arms around Jeongguk's body. He falls asleep while cuddling the bunny boy beside him.
Meanwhile, Yoo-in-na became worried about Taehyung when he didn't come downstairs. Ji-eun notices her worried expression.
"Let's go, and check on the boys," Ji-eun proposed, and stood up. Yoo-in-na also stood up and followed her to Jeongguk's room.
A gasp left from their lips, when they saw the adorable sight of the two boys. They both were cuddling each other in the sleep, a single blanket was wrapped around them, both were snoring cutely.
Both the mother looked at each other, and broke into giggles. Smiling and grinning at two cute babies, Taehyung and Jeongguk.
Shaking their head, both the mothers' left them, closing the door behind them.
