Hi my name is Avery Leigh Bennet I'm from Dever, CO I just turned 18, im a senior in high school, I've played on the National Youth teams since I was 13. It's been my dream to play on the National team since I started playing soccer when I was 5. I'm 6'3, Blue eyes, Dirty Blonde hair. I get hit on alot by boys, its kinda gross because I'm so gay, most people say I don't look like the soccer type,I mean I have a 6 pack and all-around look so muscler, I did CrossFit until I was 16 then I just trained by myself.

I wake up to the sound of my alarm at 7:30 I get up get dressed, I go down into the kitchen to be met with my dad "Have a good day at school" I reply with a "Thanks" and I head out i get into my car and drive to school.

After school I go to the soccer field because we have practice after school, im the star foward for our school, im a 5 Star recruit with Ucla, Stanford, Santa Clara, Berkeley, and many other school offers. "Come on girls over here" are coach calls out motioning us to come over to him i jog over to him "So we have some special guests, 3 USWNT players are here and their coach Jill Ellis to just watch you guys play, and there is the SheBelives coming up so if you play good enough you could have a spot. I see Mal Pugh, Lindsey Horan, Sam Mewis, and Jill Ellis watching me, and Mal looks at me and whispers to Sam."Okay girls, Go into drills" coach says as we go onto the pitch.
Don't mess up Avery if you play good enough your dreams could come true i think to myself. We are running drills and we go onto 3v3 this girls don't have a chance agianst me i get the ball go to the left right fake the defender out with my hip movement and I shoot the ball left as the Goalie goes to the right and the ball goes to the back of the net, i continously score agianst the defenders and goalies, after our team is up 10-2 our coach calls us over "Okay girls good practice, we have a game tomorrow here at 5:30, you guys are good to go" i jog off the field taking my cleats off and Jill Ellis walks over to me "You are a tremendous player" "Umm...Th..that means.. So much coming from you" i say studering "We have a big Training camp January 29-Feb 25th, and I want you there" i look at her shocked "Umm yes, I would love too, that would be amazing" "Okay, your coach gave me your information, I will send you the plane ticket info and everything like that, I will see you in New Jersey" Jill walks off after telling me that I sit there shooked and I take my shirt off because the one I was wearing is sweaty showing my Nike sports bra and Abs "Hey Your really good" I see Mal walking over to me trying to catch up" "Your not to bad yourself" I tell her stopping so she can catch up, i see her eyes look me up and down "My eyes are up here" I look at her and a red tone creeps on her face "I wasn't....Ummm" I laugh "Its fine" I smile "Well I'm gonna get going, will I see you at Camp, Mal" I smile "Umm, yeah, see you there" She walks off and i get in my car to go home. When I get home I put my soccer bag by my door I plug my phone into the charger and I get into the shower. When I get off the shower I change into a Nike sports bra and some Shorts. I sit on my bed and i grab my phone I see Jill Ellis emailed me the Plane Tickets and Information, I see i have a text message from an unknown number

Mal: Just so you Know the Whole Team is gonna be at your game, just so you show up and you see 23 Soccer superstars
Me:Thanks, im not no nervous, well Kinda because you're watching me play, but I'll be fine

Me: Because you're Mallory Freakin Pugh
Mal: Im just a normal girl, that's good at soccer, like you, besides nobody would wanna mess with you, you probably could pick the whole team up with 1 finger

At school today ny team was talking about how Jill had came yesterday, when class let out i went home got my soccer stuff, changed into a Sports bra, and some shorts, and came back to the field 1 hour before we were supposed to be there,I started to practice before everyone got there after 25 minutes, i see the USWNT arrived early, before the fans, players, coaches, everybody,

I see this girl and she is here when we are here like 1 hour early "Who is this girl" curiously looking for an answer "Ohh thats Avery She's a Forward for the team, she is gonna be at Camp in a couple days" Mal says like she knows the girl "Wait how do you know her Mal" "Remember me, Sam, Lindsey, snd Jill went to a High School practice yesterday, well this is tue team that we watched, you should watch this girl play, she has so much talent" Mal rambles about her "Okay Mal we get it" we all joke with her "God damn she is Athletic" Sam says Staring at Avery "She could Turn any Straight girl Gay, and any Gay guy Straight" Jane Campbell says and we all laugh

I See the Team is talking and i hear my name being said, I smile and i continue to practice until I see my team arrive we go to the locker room, and we get changed into our jerseys, cleats, and Shin Gaurds, and we head out onto the field, When the game starts we take a quick lead of 1-0 in the 3rd minute, by me Nutmeging the opponent and she doesn't know what hit her, and i fake out the Goalie making her go left but I go right and It hits the back of the net
Mals POV
"She does that effortlessly" i see looking at Alex "Okay, stop Fangirling" Carli says. By the end of the game the score is 5-2 with Avery scoring all 5 goals
Averys POV
After the game i head to the locker room i change out of my soccer gear and put back on My Sports Bra, Nike Shorts, And Jordan 1 Lows and I go out of the locker room, and I see The USWNT team is still here "Hey Avery, come over here, we wanna talk to you" Alex says calling me over there I jog over there "Hi my names Avery, Nice to meet you" they all introduce themselves "That was one hell of a game Avery" Alex says "No wonder Jill is bringing you into Camp" Carli says "Yeah it means so much to me" i say catching Mals Eyes toward me "So do you have a boyfriend" Becky asks "ehh nope, im gay" "Nothing Wrong with that" Pinoe says "Do you have a girlfriend" Sam asks "Nope" i say smiling "Can I get a picture with all you guys" i say "Sure" Alex says i get out my phone and we take a bunch of pictures. "How old are you" Rose asks "Ohh I just turned 18 a couple days ago" i see Ashlyn nudge Mal "Okay y'all she's legal, go get her" Ash says lookibg at Mal, Sam, Jane, Emily, Lindsey, and Kelley i laugh "Is soccer all you do in your free time" Ali asks "Umm no I lift weights, and I used to do CrossFit" "Ahh that explains why your freakishly Muscler" Ali says and we all chuckle "Sorry to break this chat, but it's late, and I have school tomorrow" I say "Mal you could just do online school like me" i smile "Hmm I might take you up on that" I say i walk off and get into my car I get on instagram and I see the whole team followed me, I follow them back and post the picture of me with them and the caption is (I think I found my new 23 best friends) and I tag them all, i drive home.
