Overhaul: Izuku Midoriya I assume you are wondering who I am and where you are, To start my name is Overhaul and as for where we are I'll tell you when you need to know, you understand why I need to keep everything a secret.
Izuku: Why am I here?
Overhaul: Because we have been watching you for a while now, we have seen your strength and we want your help with something, it is something only you can do
Izuku: Why would I help you?
Overhaul: *Pulls out a gun* Otherwise I will erase your quirk permanently and after you get used to being a quirk-less mess I will dispose of you
Izuku: Okay this is escalating to far just calm down, How can I help you?
Overhaul: I just need you to do two things, confirm you have another power that is not a quirk and train a certain someone for me
Izuku: Okay but you won't believe me if I told you
Overhaul: Try me kid, I've seen things you wouldn't believe either.
