Nightwatch (Spiderman x oc)

~~~Chapter 2~~~

It was just the two of us trying to get back to the helicopter we flew in on, hoping that it would help us make a quick escape when this was all done. Once we were out of the parking garage Cap looked at me and nodded before we started to jog to the copter. When we were a few feet away something suddenly hit out mode of transportation causing it to be electrocuted. Steve stopped running and placed a protective arm out in front of me. Looking up we saw Iron man fly down to us. Quickly I took out my flag and held it in front of me ready. Iron man looked back and forth at us before flying down and landing between us and the helicopter with another man in an ironman suit next to him.

"It's so weird how you run into people at the airport." Iron man said as his mask folded back revealing Tony stark. The man then turned to the other iron man who landed next to him. "Isn't it weird?"

"Definitely weird." the other man replied.

Steve spoke up finally loosening up his defense on me "Listen up tony, that doctor he's behind all of this."

After any one could say anything else the black panther fell out of the sky and landed next to us. "Captain."

"Your highness."

I looked at steve for a minute the mummbled "Do super heroes always fall out of the fucking sky?"

"Language little miss." Steve mumbled back catching me off guard.

"Anyway." Iron man interjected "I was given 36 hour to collect you, and that was 24 hours ago. Why don't you help a buddy out and I won't touch that girl."

Steve glanced at me before replying "You got the wrong guy."

"Your war buddy killed innocent people."

"And there are more soldiers out there just like him that we need to stop." Captain replied, placing a reassuring hand on my shoulder, "I can't let the doctor find them, I just can't."

"Steve you know what about to happen do you really wanna punch your way out of this one?" Black Widow asked, appearing out of nowhere.

Steve stayed silent, dropping his hand from in front of me as he looked back to who I could only assume were his friends. The expression on his face was sad, but we didn't have much of a choice. All I know is that Bucky is innocent so we need to get him out of here before something happens. Tony Stark looked at me and sighed before lifting his hands near his mouth.

"That's it i'm running out of patience." he started "underoos!"

Suddenly Cap's shield was pulled out of his hand by a spider web. I followed the white substance back to Its owner to see my partner sticking the landing while holding Steve's shield. I stared at him for a second and admired his new suit. I felt my defense dropped as I let out a quick laugh.

"What! You got a new suit!" I shouted to him

He looked at me for a minute then stood up "Night?" he started then looked at his outfit "Oh yeah it's awesome, perks to this side! Still getting used to it though, but it's perfect mr.Stark it really is."

"We don't need to start up a conversation kid, now don't let the fact that they have your partner slow you down at all."

"Same for you." Steve added in looking down at me.

My expression turned sad but I nodded and got back into my defensive position ready to fight. I tried to block out their conversation as much as I could while trying to not make eye contact with spiderman. Whenever our eyes did meet though you could tell we were uncomfortable with the idea of fighting each other. Suddenly I was talked about causing me to turn to the adults.
