"No. I'll have the bottom room." I said smugly.

His smirk fell and he rolled his eyes playfully as he made his way to one side of the apartment. The place have everything that you could imagine, from leather couches to glass tables.

He opened a creamy white door and showed me a room that was bigger than the room I stay in Seattle. There was a Queen size bed with black and white blankets and pillows. The walk was painted white and light blue.

"There's a washroom in here... You can ask me.." he paused and quickly added, "or Mrs. Nolan if you have any question or anything."He coughed awkwardly. "There should be toiletries in the cabinet as well as towels, and bathrobes should be in the cupboard inside the washroom.

"Okay, thank you." I said quietly.

"I'll see you during breakfast." He said as he moved back a little.

"Okay." I said as I walked in and closed the door behind me. It feels like I'm in another Hotel, there's a window that look out to the streets and I sighed.

I made my way to the washroom and it's as fancy as the room. The place is all marble and sparkling like new as if no one has been here, before.

I found the toiletries, towel and a bath robe and took a long shower. I found a hair dryer in one the drawer in the washroom. When I stepped out, I see a woman in her forty's who was rolling my suitcase in the room.

"Thank you." I said quickly walking towards her.

"No problem, Ms.Lynne." She give me a warm smile. "I'm Kaitlyn."

"Hello, Kaitlyn. You can call me Haley." I said brushing the formalities and she give me a mysterious smile.

"Is there anything you needed help with?" She asked.

"I wanted to do some laundry.." I feel my face burning.

"I can do it. You can leave your laundry in this basket." She pointed to one near the door.

"I can do it." I said. "Please tell me where."

She was hesitant and I give her a small hopeful look.

"It's down the hallway, last door." She sighed.

"Thank you." I grinned.

"I don't think Mr.Rivera will appreciate that."

I brushed her off.

"You are his staff, not mine." I thought that would have sounded convincing, but she seemed reluctant.

"Are you done yet? I'm hungry." Archer said walking in. He was wearing a dark blue V-neck shirt with a sweat-pant. He must have showered as well seeing his hair still wet.

"Breakfast is ready." Kaitlyn said.

"Good." Archer said and looked at me. I walked out with them.

We sat at the bar stool and Kaitlyn served us avocado toasts, bacons and fruits on the side with fresh orange juice.

"Thank you." I said appreciating it.

"Mrs.Nolan will be making our meals, if you have any preference." He said.

"I can manage my own meals." I said.

"It's fine." Kaitlyn said. "I will be making for Mr.Rivera, anyway."

I was hesitant.

"Just go as we planned. No eggs or sesame in any of the meals."

"Noted." Kaitlyn smiled.

"I feel awful." I tell him when Kaitlyn was out of earshot.

"You don't have to." He said. "Make yourself home."

"But this is not my lifestyle." I said to him. "I do things by myself." I looked at him and he give me a soft glance.

"For now, please do as I said." He said and I know that's the end of the topic.
