Both Goku and Vegeta got sent back to the past to the beginning of Dragon Ball Z, see our two legendary super saiyan gods, back to the age of the Raditz saga.

Goku was now staring up at his older brother who was still in the sky in complete awe at his brother
"Kakarot.. You have to teach me that power.. " Raditz said to Goku
"Well you see.. It's just a tingly feeling in your back" Goku replied
"Really? Then" Raditz did what Goku did but instead of becoming super saiyan, he became Ultimate super Mastered super beyond God 1000 super saiyan God of destruction omni king super duper mega ultra saiyan destroyer of worlds BULLSHIT BULLSHIT BULLSHIT!!
"wOOOW!! WHaT's tHAAAT!??" Kakaku asked in SHEER Amazingness
Raditz Had whatever the fuck colored hair and had a whatever the fuck colored Aura and instantly blew everything up.. The NED

"Kakarot.. You have to teach me that power.." Raditz asked of his brother who looked back at him with those fierce eyes
"....Alright" Goku accepted it, a bit hesitant
"Alright. But first, let's finish our fight! Let me see the power of a super saiyan!" And with that, Raditz immediately started powering up to full power before blasting straight right at Goku. Goku, who just remained standing and ready saw Raditz about to punch him which Goku easily caught with his hand then returned his very own punch right back to his brother's face
The older saiyan then was sent flying and was gritting his teeth in pain. But he wasn't able to catch his breathe as Goku was right behind him
Goku then sent a sledgehammer right down onto Raditz' head and sent him crashing to the ground once more. Raditz was now too battle damaged
"Tch.. You win this time Kakarot.. "
Goku gave a little chuckle before turning back down from super saiyan and went beside his brother and patted his back
"Don't worry! I'll teach you on how to become a super saiyan" Goku said enthusiastically
But Goku sensed something, along with Vegeta. A very familiar energy was back and it was stronger. Goku then thought "Could it be?! Damn.. This is gonna be a problem if me and Vegeta are gonna keep our strength a secret.."
A dark portal opened, and what slowly came out of it was the God that loathed mortals. Goku Black
Vegeta arrived on the scene and landed next to Goku as they both watched
Raditz and Piccolo also saw the man floating in the air to which had Goku's face which only made them more confused
"So.. This is where you mortals were hiding.. " Goku Black remarked before smirking and laughing
"This will be bad Vegeta.. And there is something up with him.." Goku observed as Vegeta nodded in agreement "I will take him this time.." Vegeta smirked and was ready to take black down
Meanwhile Raditz and Piccolo asked Goku what was going on, to which Goku responded "I don't know.. All I know is that he has my face.. But a complete different intention.."
Goku black laughed and then turned super saiyan"I have reached levels you haven't ever seen before Mortal!.. Prepare for your salvation.."
