I'm currently waiting on three forms to be completed. I would list the people here, but I know you don't want to get harassed about turning in a form. So, 2 PMD forms and 1 Enhanced are in progress.
5 forms remain to be taken, being 4 PMD and 1 Enhanced. If you know someone that wants it, tag them. I think that I'll start with whatever I have on the end of this Wednesday.
