part 27

"What was your mom's name?" She asks.

"Jane." I say.

"Do you know her maiden name?" She asks and I shake my head no.

"Well I think Chad is your Uncle." She says. Wait, Coach Grier? As in Nash's dad?

"What?" I say.

"Well he had a sister Jane but she died from a 'robbery' accident. All he knew was that she had one daughter Morgan. And you have bright blue eyes just like his." She says. I sit and let that sink in.

"Oh. So Nash is my cousin? A-And your my aunt?" I ask.

"Yea, pretty sure." She says. I start to cry and she hugs me.

"Your the only family I have left." I sob out.

"It's okay dear." She strokes my hair. "We should tell Nash and call Chad." I nod and we get up, throwing our trash away.

The meet and greet is over and the boys were standing, getting ready to go on stage. Cam turns smiling at me, but it disappears after seeing my tear stained face. He runs over to us.

"Sophie whats wrong?" He hugs me and I start to bawl again.

"We went to get something to eat and she told me her story. I kinda figured out that Chad is her mom's brother. So Nash is her cousin and I'm her aunt." Elizabeth says for me.

"Oh Sophie thats great. Don't cry." Cam wipes my tears.

"I-I know, these are tears of joy." I smile.

"Let's go tell everyone." Elizabeth says and we walk over to the others.

"Whats wrong Soph?" Nash asks.

"Well we just found out she's your cousin!" Elizabeth says and Nash smiles hugging me.

"Wow, who knew?!" He laughed. The other boys hugged me too.

"Still want to perform?" Cam asks, hooking a mic to me.

"Yea." I smile and turn to Shawn. "Want to do Stay?" I ask and he nods. We all go on stage.

"Hey guys! And if some of you are wondering, Sophie is my cousin!" Nash smiles and girls scream, suddenly not too rude.

"And she's going to sing with Shawn!" Cam says and they scream again.

I sit down at the piano, Shawn on the other side fixing his guitar. I look at him and he nods. We start to play.

(Sophie)

We finished with loud a applause. I high-fived Shawn and Cam hugged me.

"That was amazing!" He said.

"Thanks." I smile.

We finish the show and walk up to our rooms. I plop head first on the bed with a grunt.

"Ya tired?" Shawn laughs.

"A little." My eyelids drop.

"Soph, we still have to do stuff. Its only 3." Cam says.

"Fineeee." I sit up. "What do we do?"

"I don't know? Sightseeing?" Cam says.

"Okay, just let me change." I say. I've been in this outfit since the morning and I don't feel like wearing it around.

I grab a white sweater, jeans, and my brown knee-high combat boots. I change in the bathroom and then I put my hair in a ponytail. My charm bracelet is still on. I walk out and grab my phone putting a red and black bow case on it.

"Okay ready." I say and we walk to the other guys room and head onto the streets of New York.
