Of course I said yes and the next day I excitedly told the whole company the news. "Y'all might be wondering why I called in this meeting. I have some news," I paused for dramatic effect. "I'm engaged!" I showed off my ring to the excited/happy employees. (Well everyone was happy/excited except Chris, but I don't care about his emotions). "Alright! Alright!" I said calming the excited chatter. "Get back to work!" Everyone dispersed and got to work while I stood confidently staring at my ring. I sighed. Nothing can go wrong.
