Chapter 28

"I can do it myself mommy"

"Are you sure?" I questioned

He nodded his head and said "big boy, mommy"

I left him some towels and left the door half closed so that,  I can hear him in case he needs me.

I think that's a reasonable compromise.  Hey you can't blame me... baby steps, okay baby steps

I made his bed cause we are running late, I took put his clothes and waited outside his bathroom door. He came out a few minutes later and i helped him get dressed then led him downstairs, for breakfast. 

We sat down and I handed him a dish filled with food.

Jordan came down and gave me a light kiss on the  cheek, I got up and made him his cup of coffee. 

"Thank you honey, you know just what I need"  he took a sip of his coffee, then gave Luke a kiss on his head. "Morning buddy"

"Morning dad"

Jordan sat down and I placed a freshly made plate in front of him. He thanked me then went straight to eating. The only thing breaking the silence, were the appreciative moans made by my boys, between bites.

"I take it, it tastes good" I asked.

While I packed Luke's bag for school,  we were extremely late. The unsettling feelings I had earlier were coming back tenfold, then this morning.  I just couldn't shake it off.

I heard my boys greet Judy, one of the women that takeover kitchen  duty. I gave her a short rundown of what I needed her to do. Then I grabbed Luke and headed to the front door. 

"Aren't you forgetting something, little  mate?"

"No...no I'm pretty sure I'm all set to go" I  answered.  And just as I expected I heard Jordan let out a sexy growl, before marching to my side. This had become one of our many morning rituals. 

I leaned toward him, on my tippy toes and gave him a small peck on the lips. I was already late. But Jordan wouldn't have it,  he grabbed my waist and pulled me to him when I tried to make my escape. 

I was so lost I our kiss that I almost forgot that I was late for work,  that is until I heard Luke complaining to hurry up. I pulled away from Jordan then kissed him on the cheek.

"Bye Alpha" he gave me a playful growl back and waved us goodbye. I got in our car. Then me and Luke were off to school. 

We managed to get to school at exactly 8:30, just as the warning bell rung. I rushed Luke to his class and kissed him goodbye,  wishing him a good day. 

My first period was empty, because I had  free period. So I sat down, placing my handbag on the floor by my desk and started preparing for my first class. My classroom was very colourful to say the least.  My walls were decorated with all Disney characters, which I had specifically asked for.  My table was large towards the windows,  away from the door and board, it held all my kids work from painting to kids math work. Right next to my desk was the clean board, and underneath some of my kids paintings. 

Like i said, it was very colourful and lively. Perfect for my kids that ranged from the age of 8-10.

I was so caught up in my work that I didn't notice that someone was in my classroom until they cleared their throat, to get my attention. 

Stupid werewolf skills... They were so silent when they moved.

And as I looked up, I couldn't help but compare him to a predator. And it seems like I'm his prey.

I made a futile attempt to get up and distance myself before  addressing the man.

"May I help you? " I questioned

He kept silent just looked at me, with these cold lifeless eyes. That gave me a chill.

I heard the door reopen, I didn't dare take my eyes of the stranger. 

Two men made their way towards me past the predator. I tried to run past them, but again  it was in vain.

The predator grabbed me, and whispered. "Forgive me my Queen"

Then a cloth was placed over my mouth and nose, I tried not to breath in the chemical.  But I ran out of air and took a lung full of air.

Then I started seeing black dots before,  my body stopped cooperating.  I was succumbed to darkness a few seconds later.

*** boom

And that's how the cookie crumbles. Lol you should have heard me when I decided to write this chapter, I sounded like a nutshell.  My exact words were " let's get this luna kidnapped"

I'm weird I know.

Anyway, I'm looking for a new cover for my book. And I need help.

Please please please help me. I have tried countless times,  it seems like the fates a are against me. If someone can make me one I'd really appreciate it.
