I've never known what self-loving is
Until I grasped this chance
And saw my wings
Big and lovely
When the whole world is locked down
And something good out of quarantine
For me- I don't know what's happening In the world-between countries
Inside them and their economy
There's a surreptitious disease
Perhaps down down they're going
And deaths are exponential
But I'm healthy with Peaky Blinders and true detective
Horror, alternate rock and lovestories
Some of which I too am writing
Endlessly.
My children would hear I have survived a zombie apocalypse
I don't know from where oft I've found a humor
In this time of destruction
But I have all the time in the world to myself
And I need not worry
For I have learnt to love myself
With the attributes I have always desired
I'm reading and writing like a free woman
And even if I die in this pandemic,
I'll rest in a beautiful peace.

Poetry'Window Acoustic' is a treble and bass of my thoughts. In this collection, one may find poetry born out of light and dark seeking to avoid reality or facing its vice.
