I was enjoying a few drinks with my friends at La Bonne Nuit, until she walked in.
She was with her friend, the gay one, Kevin. And she looked gorgeous.
"Is that Betty Cooper? Dude, she got hotter. I would totally smash that.", one of the guys said.
"Bro, that's Billy's sister, shut the hell up!"
"Half sister! And yeah, you should probably listen to him.", I added, not moving my eyes from her.
She was heading over here to the bar, probably to take some drinks. She saw, but she just pretended like she didn’t and wanted to pass me, but she didn't succeed.
"Betty!"
"What do you want, Billy?", she turned around and crossed her arms.
"Wanna join us?"
"I would rather stick needles in my eyes, but thanks though.", she walked away and i smiled to her answer.
"Isn't she gorgeous?", I asked.
"Is that a trick question, should I say no?"
I pulled out the money out of my wallet and put it on the table. "Here, drinks on me guys. I gotta go, to have a chat with my little sis."
Betty's P.O.V.
"Are you serious right now?", I said when I saw Billy standing over our table. "I don't wanna talk to you."
"Guys, can you leave us for a bit?", Billy turned to Kev and V.
They looked at me and I just nodded, so they left.
"What do you want?", I asked him rudely.
"Calm down, I just wanna talk."
"Well i don't!", I continued being rude.
"Well I'm not leaving until we talk.", he said, still standing.
"Ugh, just please leave me alone."
"Oh, come on...please just talk to me.", he sat next to me.
"Fine.", I said, cause he won't leave until I do. "So what do you wanna talk about?"
"That I've been massive dick to you. And that night..."
"Jesus, Billy. I don't care about any of it, okay?! Just go please! You're ruining my night!", he just nodded, and finally left.
Right after he left, Cheryl came over to my table.
"Honestly cousin, I don't know what he sees in you.", she was drunk and of course more annoying than usual.
"He probably sees a challenge. Cause i don't open my legs for every guy that comes my way...", she threw her drink at me.
"You bitch!", she said and left.
And yeah, this night is officially ruined.

A few weeks passed and it finally came, the prom. Everyone was excited.
I'm going with Archie tonight. We talked after Billy's birthday, and of course we started hanging out again. We can't stay angry for each other long.
I was starting to get ready, i tied my hair in low bun and then started my makeup. I took a look at clock on the wall, and saw Archie will be here any minute now.
I finished my makeup, got into my red dress, and put some jewellery on me.

"Elizabeth! Archie's here!", I heard my mom yelling.
"I'm coming!", I yelled back.
I took a one last look in the mirror and went out of my bedroom.
Just when i was about to go down the stairs, Billy's voice stopped me. "God, you're gorgeous."
"Ughhh!"
"I'm serious!", he said.
I turned around and i saw him standing in suit. He looked really handsome all dressed up, not that he wasn't everyday.
"Need help with that?", he asked pointing at my dress, cause it was huge.
"No, thank you. I'll manage on my own.", I said rudely.
"Yeah okay, whatever.", he passed next to me and went down stairs.
I went down right after him and saw Archie and my mom waiting for me in the end of the stairs.
"Well look who finally decided to come down.", my mom joked.
Archie turned around, and from look on his face i could tell he's speechless.
"Is it that bad?", I laughed.
"No, no...You're...Perfect, Betty.", he said coming a bit closer.
"I can say the same thing for you, Arch.", I smiled.
We just stood there a few seconds looking at each other. "Khmm...", my mom fake coughed.
"Come on, we don't wanna be late.", I said.
My mom took a picture of us and then we got into Archie's car and drove away.
