"Talk to me, Hannah!" Clay requested from behind her but she shook her head, covering her face with one hand and still crying. Clay didn't understand what he must do. He was tensed and overwhelmed by the situation.

"Did I do something wrong? I'm sorry if I hurt you."

"You did nothing," she sniffs, not looking at him.

"Then why are you crying?"

"I'm..I'm just not alright. I feel so terrible. I can't believe how stupid I was to be fooled by someone."

"It's not your fault if you think. You are always going to meet that kind of person no matter where you are."

"I don't wanna go home. I can't go like this." She kept on crying that her face was absolutely wet and eyes have turned red around the corners.

"You'll be fine in a few minutes. Alright." He put a comforting hand on his shoulder. Hannah wiped her face but couldn't completely stop her tears.

"No, I won't. My head still hurts and I can barely comprehend anything. I can't go home like this."

Seeing that Hannah hasn't shrugged his hand, he spun her to face him. She had her head down.

"Should I leave you to any of your friend's home?"

She shook her head. "They have already done so much for me. I don't want them to worry about me anymore. "

"Shall I take you my home?"

Hannah now looked up at his face. She did not think about it so it surprised her. She had initially hated him so much but amongst all, there were moments she had liked spending time with him. From rehearsing for pep rally host to working together in a drama. And she was damn happy to see her when he came tonight or else she had no idea if she had passed out at that spot for god knows how long.

Still unsure if agreeing to the idea was a decent decision. For all, she knew she was utterly horrible to him and yet he has a side to be kind to her. She just didn't want to look a desperate girl but she nodded.

Clay blinked his eyes at her, assuring that he was taking her his home. Since Hannah felt a little lighter after throwing up, her subconscious had so much power than before.

This time, she sat behind him, not really hugging but rested her head on his back. Clay drove and didn't break the silence this time and let her calm her nerves and mind.

After he reaches the home, Hannah got off, recalling the house she had come once years ago. The only birthday when Clay's parents celebrated, inviting all the kids they could to help Clay socialize but he never came out of his room to cut the cake. Hannah and others ended up making fun of him for at least a week later.

Hannah's phone was buzzing with messages from her mom asking her when she's coming home. Apparently, they happily had Hannah her fun the way she wants but it was almost midnight so rightfully so they were concerned.

I'm staying at Jessica. I will be back tomorrow and don't worry I'll be fine.

She hoped they would give up. Her parents were not the kind who let her kids have a sleepover to their friends but happily invite Hannah's friends to stay for the night.

She was so occupied that she didn't saw when Clay had unlocked the door was whispering her to come inside.

She quietly hurried. The huge hall was different from the last time. It was more decorative with less china but more paintings and the latest wall prints.

"Don't make a noise. Mom and dad are asleep. They would freak out if any one of them saw you." Clay warned, whispering near to her ear.

"Why?" She asks, without engaging her voice.
