I can't fall asleep unless I listen to something. Music at least. But when it gets hard I need something like audio books.

Otherwise my thoughts just get running and drive me crazy and leave me sleepless. When it is music I also need to create some sort of daydream in my head so I can fall asleep somewhere I feel okay. Somewhere where these things don't exist.

Audio books do that for me. They do it when I'm not able to. Only when it's a sad one then I've fucked up and it all goes down and I can forget about even getting just one shut eye at that night.
