As for me?
What is there to say?
I don't feel like I have the right to grieve.
She was a friend I hadn't spoken to in years.
It was just too awkward.
But Gosh, I thought she was cool.
And smart.
And beautiful.
As we all do, at some point,
I regret not talking to her more.
I regret the chance to have a relationship with her
A strong friendship,
Is over.
What I've learned is
I love with my whole heart.
Apparently always.
Even after I disappear from sight.
And my heart is broken
For her family.
And for her.
And for her closer friends.
What a special person.
