NO ONE's POV

Fire erupted from the whole place, the trees, bushes, flowers even the ground went smoking hot because of the raging flames. In the middle of the field stood three individuals.

"if we're gonna keep this up, the whole forest would burn." an older man said expecting for the other two to comply and stop the duel. But of course he knew that the other two were quite stubborn so he sighed as he dodged another incoming fireball.

"now Sasuke!!!" the yellow haired ninja shouted, the other one known as Sasuke placed his hands together to make fast and furious handsigns.

"Fire Style: Phoenix Flower Jutsu!!" Sasuke's jutsu hit the older man in his right arm but he managed to barely escape.

"whew.. what is the matter with you two? I'd understand Sasuke's need to get stronger so he's hot headed but you too Yuki-chan?" the older man breathed heavily

"hahaha.. sorry about that Kakashi-sensei, just trying to enhance my abilities." the girl known as Yuki laughed making Kakashi; the older one, sweatdrop

"we've been at this for almost the whole day, we should go home." Kakashi said. Indeed, they have been training since morning and it was almost getting dark

"I'll see you tomorrow." Kakashi said and turned into a puff of smoke, Yuki stretched herself on the grass and inhaled the scent of burnt pine.

"Kakashi-sensei's getting old." Yuki complained, her sparring partner Sasuke sat down on the grass a few meter away from her and grunted in response

"maybe, but he's right, you're a bit aggressive today compared to the other days we train." the raven said

"eh, maybe.." Yuki just said non-chalantly

"I'm going home, you?" Sasuke stood up

"I'll stay for a while." Yuki replied, the latter just nodded and left her alone in the fields.

The skies started to darken and the stars were starting to show themselves, the moon was smiling down at her in it's crescent form. She breathed in a hot breath and when she exhaled, fire came out of her mouth.

"Yuki-chan?" someone called, she turned her head and saw a familiar blonde with blue eyes.

"hey Naruto. what's up?" she smiled at the other before looking back up the stars

"I just finished training, you?" Naruto sat down next to her while waiting for her reply

"same. although I have been staring at the skies for about 30 minutes now." she said and everything was quiet.

"are you ready for the finals? who's your opponent?" Naruto asked

"I don't remember his name, some guy in the rain village." Yuki shrugged

"my opponent is that bastard Neji." Naruto growled

"he's the one who beat Hinata up right?" she asked scrunching up her nose and narrowing her eyes, Naruto nodded and Yuki sat up from lying down the grass

"beat him Naruto, give him a taste of his own medicine." Yuki grinned and Naruto gave her a thumbs up

"you like ramen don't you Naruto?" she asked and Naruto happily nodded

"tell you what, if you beat Neji. I'll treat you to ramen anytime you like. as long as I am still here in the village." Yuki said making Nauto grin widely
