CHAPTER 5

Sorry, I know I promised a chap on Friday but oh well, our lights decided to take a vacay so yeah, been offline. Will try to get multiple updates this week. Sorry again, loves❤🌋

Neliue POV

"Rise and shine," I groggily say as I try to at least not so blindly shake the kids shoulders so they could wake up from my body that is now actually numb. Jesus they keep sleeping on me every time they sneak up on me in my room at night, I guess I am the best bed in my home. Take note (still never heard them come in till this day). Hey, don't judge me, I sleep like a log and sleep is pretty much my best friend, so yeah, you get me.

I try to shake up Allan, he's always the one on top. (see what I did there😂,OK! get your mind off the gutter, you perverts👼). This has happened since god knows when, maybe when they actually knew how to walk. But then again I do have a huge bed and I don't usually close my bedroom door, this gives them a free pass.

"Okay guys, mommy is serious we need to start getting ready for grandma's house and I think we are getting late for that." I add in much volume because I know this is what is going to work for me now, i'm desperate okay.

"Yay!" Right on cue Kimmy and Allan wake up and start jumping on the bed acting just like they weren't asleep some minutes ago. They have so much energy you would think they have got a sugar rush.

"Ash honey you got to wake up or we are going to get late at grandma's today."I guess the apple doesn't Falk far from a tree huh! I lean in close to her ear since her brothers have decided to start up with early morning chaos.

Slowly opening her eyes she looks at me and I notice she's looking pale and her eyes are so drowsy. I instantly get worried. Placing my hand on her forehead, I can feel she's running up a fever and her nose start to bleed. I panic again for the third time this week. This has happened severally but today it seems it has worsened. Picking her up and taking her to the bathroom, I place her in my bathtub as I get the towels. "Ash I need you to bow your head so I can clean up the blood." I say as I reach out to her.

"Kimmy can you come in here, I need you to help me place this other wet towel in your sisters towel so we can try to  stop the nose bleeding? And hurry up please."

"I'm coming." He replies as he gets into the bathroom. "Okay so I need you to also get in the tub and then you can hold the towel for her. Do you think you can do that?" I question him as I instruct him on what to do. "Yes mommy i am big boy, I can do this." He replies boldly.

I continue to clean her nose and the bleeding later stops. I feel her temperature again and she's still running up a fever. "Ash I think we need to go to the doctor before we get to grandma's. We will make a stop at the hospital first so we can get you checked out." I tell her and she nods defiantly. She hates hospitals, needles to be more precise.

"Allan come join your siblings, you all are just going to get your bath here." He gets in. I fill up the tub with hit water and did their hygiene. I take them to their rooms, dressed them and left them brushing their teeth. "When you are done you can go to the playroom as I prepare myself and then I will make you breakfast.
