Your thoughts lurked to a darker, dirtier place. Clearing your throat, you lightly pushed at his chest, hoping to at least build some space from how flustered you felt with his presence. The male allowed a cocky smirk to grace his features before he slowly backed up. He loved seeing you get this way. Leaning forward, Jason placed his elbows on the table,
"Seriously, I need eyes watching for me. Penguins up to something, something involving the human trafficking you're talking about"
Humming in reply, you leaned back in your chair, taking a sip from your coffee before it was suddenly snatched by Jason. You scowled as his teasing actions before finally succumbing,
"You're so annoying. Fine. Just make it quick, I have patrol tonight."
The male released a smile of accomplishment (the cocky bastard). He picked up his book and stood from his seat,
"I'll get you a dress"
Your eyebrows lifted in surprise before furrowing in suspicion. First, you didn't want Jason spending money on you. He's spent so much without your approval already. Not like he ever listens. And secondly, this place must've been incredibly wealthy. You shook your head in protest,
"I can get a dress it's fine"
"Too late babe. Got it a few days ago", he cocked his head to the side, delighted with the sigh you released,
"You knew I would say yes didn't you, you little shit?"
The male cracked a half-smile, amusement glinting in the corner of his eyes,
"C'mon doll. It'll be worth it. Promise."
nodding your head, you pursued your lips in thought, still clearly confused about the location,
"Wait, just exactly where are we going?"
Jason grinned, quickly stealing a kiss from your lips,
"Where else? Gotham Casino"
The male mentioned some more details to you about the place and time before rummaging through his jacket for who knows what,
"Here's some info I thought you could use", he winked, handing you a small note with the layout of the recent human trafficking locations. You smirked at your boyfriend, patting his shoulder as he stood from his seat, informing you of the situation he needed to take care of,
"Alright, thanks. Now walk. I like looking at your ass"
