YOUR P.O.V
The Yule Ball. A time where all of the girls shop for dresses and hope the guy they like asks them to be their date. It can be annoying hearing "oh my god I hope he asks me!" "What about this dress? no how aboutad this one!" Every day. But I do admit, me myself act the same way. Although I don't show it like all of the others, however I already have a date to the Yule Ball because I'm dating Draco Malfoy.
I've liked him since 1st year. And finally during 3rd year he asked me to be his girlfriend. Of course I said yes I didn't think he'd ever ask me. I was walking through the corridor thinking about what to song at the Yule ball. Draco doesn't know I'm preforming, I want it to be a surprise because he's never heard me sing before. I'm singing two songs and I still don't know what to sing. As I was walking I ran into someone, I looked up to see Draco standing there with a small smile on his face.
"Hello there, love. You seem to be deep in thought." He said as he placed his hands on the side of my arms. I blushed and quickly hugged him.
"I-I was just admiring the scenery!" I stuttered hoping that he didn't notice.
"You mean you were admiring the halls of the castle? Babe, their walls" he slightly laughed pulling me out so he could place a kiss on my lips. He raised one eyebrow and looked at me with confusing eyes.
"Is everything okay? You seem more flustered than normal" he finally spoke after studying face for what felt like hours. I shook my head rather harshly but played it off like I was okay.
"Yes draco. I'm perfectly fine. Just a little tired" I laughed, that wasn't a lie. I am tired. I've been staying up late almost every night for 3 weeks trying to figure out what songs to sing at the Yule Ball.
"Okay love" His arms wrapped around my lower back and pulled me into his chest. his voice coming out in a mumble as it was hurried in my shoulder.
"I gotta go to potions class baby, I'll see you after?" He questioned pulling away from me. I smiled and nodded before giving him another kiss before we parted ways.
I walked off and stopped in the middle of the hallway. It's like a light bulb went off in my head. That's it! I know what songs I'm singing at the dance.

Today was the day I would sing in front of draco for the first time. In front of almost everyone for the first time. To say I wasn't nervous would be lie, I'm extremely nervous.
I looked at myself in the mirror in my room, I twirled around in the long dark green dress draco had bought me.

I had tried it on in the store and Draco was at a loss for words. H kept saying I looked beautiful over and over again. And that this dress was made for me. So of course we bought it. He was wearing the black tuxedo with a green tie that matches my dress color, and might I say, the first time I saw him in that tuxedo I couldn't peel my eyes away. He looked so handsome and charming.
