"Sir?" she asked.
"Give me the mail now" he demanded.
"OK" she exited the cabin.
"What is she planning now? Damn.."
He got the mail and read it and it was completely professional with no mention of any reason.
"What if she is really in trouble?" he thought for once.
"Not at all" his mind said back.
His phone rang and the caller was showing Rehaan.
"Hey" Dev picked up.
"Buddy, are you free?" Rehaan asked.
"Not exactly, why?"
"Me and Priya were planning to visit Sona in her place" he chipped.
"Rehaan, don't you think you took enough holidays from your work?" Dev asked.
"Its official. We have an official tour to San Fransisco, so I thought Priya could join and we could surprise her". He stated
"Oh, I am quite busy with the patients these days, its really hectic, won't be able to make it. Next time" Dev replied shortly.
"Ok, no worries. Don't forget the house warming this weekend."
"I remember that"
"Bye Dr"
"Bye Buddy" and he hung the call.
'It sucks to have a common friend' Dev thought. Shall I reply to her mail?
What if she wants to give us a chance?
NO no Dev, you can't fall back again. This is over and you need to move on ASAP

REHAAN'S POV
"Don't you feel Dev's being weird in the name of Sona?" Priya asked me and I couldn't deny.
"Do you too feel that?" I asked her
"Yup, I mean when the wedding ended, Dev sounded really cheerful and was always excited about Sona or anything related to her but since a month or so..."
"I got it. During the wedding, they were quite close but with time, they are settling back to their respective lives" I said
"I just don't wanna believe that. There is some other story which we couldn't see amongst marriage chaos" Priya said.
"There is a thing between them?" I was unsure of my own words.
"Might be"
"What!!!! No.. Why don't I know any fucking thing about it."
"Calm down Rehaan, we aren't sure ok." Priya said
My phone was vibrating.
"Take the call, it's Sona" Priya handed me
"You can pick it up too" I said.
"I have to go to the toilet Mr, now pick it up" she dashed inside the loo.
"Hey Sona" I said
"Rehaan, we need to talk about something"
I KNOW ITS A VERY SHORT UPDATE BUT I CAN'T THINK OF ANYTHING ELSE TO ADD HERE. WE HAD INTERNET BAN IN OUR PLACE FOR 9 DAYS SO COULDNT UPDATE.
