Nikki didn't keep his promise.
Sure, she was devastated. But they're wasn't much that she could do. She tried pleading to him, yelling at him, and even tried bribing him at one point. She even went as far as locking both of them in their bedroom, and staying up 32 hours just to keep an eye on him. But right as soon as she passed out, he managed to lock himself in the bathroom, just so he could shoot up.
He couldn't stopped with the excuses. He couldn't stop with the lies. As much as she hated to admit it, she found herself reliving the worst part of her childhood memories.
It was nothing but painful. She cried everyday. She couldn't even look at Nikki, at times. She even began to loose hope. She even came to the terms of possibly seeing him in a casket one day. And it broke her, completely.
Everyone always asked why she would put herself in that position? Why stay with him? Why not leave him? And her answer every time was because she loved him. Even if she knew that he loved the drugs more...
Nikki's band mates resented him in a way. He was not only fucking up his life, but Kaylas too... Mick especially resented him, There wasn't a day that went by where he didn't want to beat the shit out of Nikki. That asshole knew what he was doing to Kayla, and Nikki knew she wouldn't leave him. Well, not anytime soon in his condition...
Mick hasn't seen the girl for two months because she had been to scared to leave Nikki unattended at home. So he was going to make it a priority to talk to her about it today on Tommy's big day...

While Tommy got ready in the room with his band mates, Mick couldn't help but stare down the two from afar. Everyone in that room knew Nikki was higher than a kite, and they seen how the girl felt responsible.
"She's really going to marry me, huh?" Tommy asks his friends with a wide smile, while walking over to the mirror to check his tie. Kayla couldn't help but smile at the tall lanky man, almost proud in a way.
"This isn't some kind of sick joke, is it?" Tommy asks to no one in particular, causing Mick to scoff. "Life's a sick joke." He mumbles while side eyeing Nikki on the couch, before taking a sip of his beer.
"I just can't wait until you both have cute little babies." Kayla says to Tommy whole hugging the lanky man from behind, causing him to smile.
"I can't wait to make them." He replied causing the blonde man sitting on the chair to scoff.
"Don't rush the man, he has all the time in the world! Look—As much as I love Sky, she can be a little spawn demon." Vince jokes, causing the girl & the others to slightly laugh.
"Hey what time is it? I think we should get out there." Tommy asked once the laughter died down. "It's almost ten. Yeah, we should." Kayla says while looking over at the clock in the room
