"Oh, really? Have you been to any of the other kingdoms?"
I slightly nod. I heard Vega reply a better answer.
"The Doom Slayer has. He had visited the kingdom known as Mistral a while ago. But he is not from any of the kingdoms."
"Seriously? Not much of a city person?"
"Not exactly. He is...anti-social and prefers being alone."
'Seriously, Vega?' I thought, annoyed by his answer.
"I am not wrong, am I?"
'.......'
"I see... I guess you're not enjoying this conversation then, right?"
I nod.
"Oh...M-my bad." Ruby lets out a nervous short chuckle. "I'll leave you alone then." She stands up and was about to leave before turning back to me. "But I'm sure you'll love Vale. It's nice... Well...what's left that is..." She mumbles that last part, but I was able to understand it.
"'What's left?'" Both Vega and I thought of the same thing.
"What do you mean by-?" Vega tried asking what she meant by that. But before he could finish, Yatsuhashi ran towards us.
"Get to the front, you two!" He stares at me for some reason. "Something's wrong!"
By the time we were going to ask what, he was already back to the front. Ruby and I share a confused look before running towards the front. When we got there, I saw us heading towards a giant wall.

'That's...Vale?'
"I am not sure. None of the collected data I have gathered has any mention of Vale having a wall of this proportion."
I look at the pilot of this bulkhead and noticed he was trying to push almost all the buttons on this damn thing as he shouts, clearly both confused and panicking. "Why won't they pick up, damnit?!"
"What's wrong?!" Ruby shouts to everyone.
"No one is picking up! The turrets are still up and they're aiming right at us!" Pyrrha replies.
'Turrets?'
I look down at the wall. I scan everywhere I could and finally found what the turrets are.
