I grabbed my phone and saw a missed call call from Terrence. Then I saw that he texted me a few times which made me smile a little. I texted him back.

ME: Hey thanks for checking in on me. - 6:45 pm

TERRENCE: No prob shorty. I wanna see you again. No cap you looked fire yesterday. - 6:57 pm

ME: Thanks 💕 wanna meet tonite? - 7:01 pm

TERRENCE: Don't you wanna unpack? - 7:02 pm

TERRENCE: Don't get me wrong we can. - 7:03 pm

ME: I mean yeah but I wanna have fun with you. - 7:04 pm

TERRENCE: aight send me ya addy.

I sent it and got dressed. I kept it simple.

I came out my room and saw Jabez. He rolled his eyes. "You finally wanna talk?"

"Nope." I said grabbing my keys.

"Where you going?" He asked.

Ignored him. He got up behind me. "Where you going?" He asked.

"Boy get off me." I said.

He turned me around. He bit his lips. "I'm sorry."

"About?"

"Everything." He said.

I rolled my eyes. "Bye Jabez."

"You look so good."

"This outfit is basic."

"You make everything look good." He said.

"Stop." I said.

"No, look I know you're going out with that one dude."

"How did you-"

"Minnie told me."

I sighed.

"Don't be mad at her. She was trying to make me jealous. Which I am. I don't like seeing you with other dudes." He said.

"I..."

Jabez moved closer to me. "Come on Asia you can't tell me you feel the same way." He said grabbing my waist.

He leaned in. My phone rang. It was Terrence. I backed out. I sighed and thought for a minute.

"Jabez I can't. You will not play with my emotions. We literally just argued over the temperature in here. We can't be together."

"You know you felt something."

I did.

"I didn't Jabez." I said opening the door.

I left out and got myself together. I can't let Jabez mess with my head. I went outside and saw Terrence. I got in the car and he kissed me.

"What took you so long?"

"Oh I had to fix my hair."

"Oh okay."

"So how's your first day in your place."

"It's been great." I lied.

"That's good."

He took me to a house. I was confused. "Wait I thought we were gonna go to Applebee's?"

"Oh I have it here. I ordered it to go." He said.

"Wow your house is nice." I said getting out the car.

He opened the door and we walked in. "Yeah this is my moms place. I'm staying until I go to the dorms.

"Oh...okay."

"Hey mom." He said.

I'm meeting his mom?

"Hey sweetie. This must be the girl you were talking about."

"Ugh yeah...mom I thought you weren't gonna be here." He said.

"Oh well I am. You thought you were slick?" She asked.

"What do you mean?" He asked.

"You're not having sex in my house!" She said.

I widened my eyes and look at Terrence who looked embarrassed.

Oh mam that wasn't happening." I said reassuring her.

"Mhm."

"Mom where gonna go upstairs." He said.

"Don't you be fucking in my house. I mean it." She said.

"I'm not ma. Chill."

"I'll chill but you better not Netflix and chill."

We went upstairs and we both laughed.He opened up the food and we ate.

"So you be netflixing and chilling?"

He laughed. "Nah...well once."

"Oh my." I said.

"But she been going crazy ever since. That was freshman year."

I laughed. "Damn."

"Yeah I was fucking young."

"Me too." I said.

He widened his eyes. "You lying."

"I'm not. But ok."

"I can see why."

"Huh?"

"You so fine." He said scooting close to me.

He grabbed me and started kissing me. I pulled his shirt off.  I kissed on his neck. "Wait" he got up and locked the door. He pulled his drawer out and got a condom. He opened it with his mouth.

"What about your mom?"

He was silent. I could see him poking out his pants. He pulled his pants down and put it on.

My mouth dropped. "You like it?" He asked. I nodded.
