(Read this really fast because it makes it funny. To me at least) Wah-Bam. Authors note BEFORE the story. That's new. For me. To do. Okay. I was just gonna say that this is like the Musical, were Evan is talking to Zoey, but Logan is Evan and Patton is Zoey, and Virgil is Connor aka dead. I know, sadness.
Does that make sense? It's pretty much Logan love Patton so he pretend he know virgil as friend and say thing that he notice about Patton.
Yes.
No?
Idk.
Don't play the music til I say.
I suck at explaining. Imma just start.
My fellow theatre kids'll know. I hope.

Patton pov.
I'm sitting on my bed crying over my kiddo. You see, Virgil... commuted... suicide... and I can't stop crying.
I hear a soft knock on the door.
"Come in." I say with a sniff.
"Hey? You okay?" Logan asks walking in and sitting on my bed awkwardly.
"Yeah. You were friends with Virgil, right?" He nodded. "Can you tell me about him." I ask trying not to break down.
"Sure. Virgil was, funny, when he smiled it would make everyone smile. He would always smile at the mention of your name."
It's about to staaaarrttttttt. (Logan= bold Patton= italics and both= bold italics) Start the music.

He thought you were awesome
He thought I was awesome? My son?
Definitely!
How?
Well, he said
There's nothing like your smile
Sort of subtle and perfect and real
He said
You never knew how wonderful
That smile could make someone feel
And he knew
Whenever you get bored
You scribble stars on the cuffs of your jeans
And he noticed
That you still fill out the quizzes
That they put in those teen magazines
But he kept it all inside his head
What he saw he left unsaid
And though he wanted to
He couldn't talk to you
He couldn't find the way
But he would always say
If I could tell him
Tell her everything I see
If I could tell her
How he's everything to me
But we're a million worlds apart
And I don't know how I would even start
If I could tell him
If I could tell him
Did he say anything else?
About you?
Never mind, I don't really care anyways
No, no, no just, no, no he said, he said so many things
I'm just, I'm trying to remember the best ones so, um
He said rubbing his neck.
He thought
You looked really pretty, er
He said nearly falling off of the bed.
It looked pretty cool when you put indigo streaks in your hair
I blushed and asked He did?
And he wondered how you learned to dance
Like all the rest of the world isn't there
But he kept it all inside his head
What he saw he left unsaid
If I could tell him
Tell him everything I see
If I could tell him
How he's everything to me
But we're a million worlds apart
And I don't know how I would even start
If I could tell him
If I could tell him
But what do you do when there's this great divide?
He just seemed so far awyay
And what do you do when the distance is too wide?
It's like I don't know anything
I say as he stands us up, holding both my hands.
And how do you say
I love you
I love you
I love you
I love you
But we're a million worlds apart
And I don't know how I would even start
If I could tell him
If I could-
I cut him off with a kiss.
I pull away to see a shock looking Logan.
"Oh sorry, sorry, sorry." I say letting go of his hands and sitting on my bed look at my feet.
"Thank you for telling me that." I say still not looking up.
"Th-Thank you, Patton." He says looking at me.
"For what?" I ask confused.
He just kisses me.
For the rest of the day he cuddled me and comforted me telling me it wasn't my fault that Virgil made his choice.

Ta-da? Idk what that was.
