Niall's POV:

I think it was 3am when Grace came back but she took the dress off threw on one of my t-shirts then curled into ball next to me and I moved and wrapped my arms around her waist and she slipped over burying her head in my chest. Grace sure as hell smelt like alcohol but there was no way she was drunk. Or it just wasn't that noticeable. But anyway this morning I got up too care of the kids and then made Grace something to eat. I thought it was weird that she hadn't come down yet so I went upstairs to get her. I opened the bedroom door and the bed was empty. So I walked over and opened the bathroom and there was Grace in the tub that looked to have more bubbles then ever.

"Hey you okay" I asked leaning against the door frame

"Hmm oh yeah" Grace said turning and looking at me and it looked like she was crying

"Hey what happened don't cry" I said

"It's just anxiety Niall" She said

"And why are you having anxiety" I asked

"Because I have to go talk to a lawyer today about the whole Patrick thing" Grace said

"Hey I'll go with you and be right by your side" I said

"Promise" Grace asked

"I promise" I said

"But Niall theres gonna be a lot of stuff that I haven't told you" She said

"Gracie I don't care as long as he gets punished for it" I said

"Okay" She said

"Did you even drink last night" I asked

"I had two" She said "But I have a major head ache" She added

"Well I will have breakfast and asprin for you downstairs" I said

"Actually could you get the migraine pills out of my purse please" She said

"Anything I'll be downstairs" I said and she nodded. Oh god what does she mean theres stuff I don't know. Theres more than the murder and the kidnapping. I don't know how much more of this I can handle like this is getting pretty crazy. I grabbed the pill and Grace came down in a skirt, t shirt, and heels in her hand. She took the pills ate then Adam and Hannah came to watch the kids and we left to talk to the lawyer. We got there and walked in Grace signed all the papers and then we went back to the office.

"Ah hello you must be the Horan's" He said

"Yes" Grace said and smiled at me

"Grace and Niall correct" He asked and we nodded "Nice to meet you I am Frank Smith please call me Franks. So we are here to talk about Patrick O'Brian" He said

"Yes" Grace said once again

"Alright now your son Jamie let's get started there" He said

"Our son Jamie is 4 and we just recently got him back on May 1st I had him back in July of 2010 and he was taken January 2011" Grace said and I honestly I hadn't really thought about how long that was until now.

"Yes I have copies of all the Police reports right here says a women found him and turned him in" He said

"Yes that's what I was told but she didn't want them to give me a name" I said

"Well it looks like it was Patricks mother" He said "But anyway what happened with your mother" He asked

"Well my mom has had a lot of alcohol problems and things and she was on medicine for her heart and they said that they found a trace of the opposite of what shew was supposed to be taking in her blood and thought that some one tampered with her medicine" Grace said
