"Yeah I'm fine" I answered
"I've never seen that Pokémon before" The boy said as he pointed to Pancham
"That's Pancham, he's from Kalos" I replied
"Your from Kalos?!" The girl asked in shock and amazement
"Yeah I am" I confirmed
"Wow that's really cool, I've never met anyone from Kalos. I want to go there one day" The boy said
"Hold on.... you look familiar" The girl then said as she examined me until she exclaimed "No way! Your Serena!" in pure excitement
"You know me?" I asked
"She loves Pokémon Showcases" The boy explained
"I absolutely love your performances! I can't believe I didn't recognize you and your Pancham earlier!" The girl added
"Thank you" I said
"My names Milly by the way, it's an honor to meet you" The girl greeted and we shook hands
"And my names Luke" The boy said
"Nice to meet you two! But what are you guys doing out so late?" I asked
"We were just coming back from Professor Birch's lab picking up a surprise" Milly answered
"What kind of surprise?" I then asked
"Have you heard of Mega Evolution?" Luke asked back
"Yeah I have, I am from Kalos after all" I answered
"Oh, right.... anyways, Professor Birch had just the right stones for the two of us to perform a Mega Evolution!" Luke explained
"Which Pokemon?" I asked
"I have a Swampert and my brother has a Blaziken" Milly replied
"Swampert and Blaziken, how cool! I know someone with a Mega Sceptile!" I said
"You do? Who is it?" Luke asked
"His names Ash" I revealed and the two of them blinked at me
"What's his last name?" Milly asked curiously after a few seconds of blinking
"Ketchum" I replied and their jaws dropped
"You know Ash Ketchum! The Ash Ketchum!" Luke exclaimed
"That's so amazing! I didn't know my favorite performer and battler knew each each other!" Milly added
"We're good friends" I said and Milly raised her eyebrow at me
"Just friends?" She asked as she leaned in
"Yeah, j-just friends" I answered nervously
"Alright" She said with a smile and she backed up
"Anyways I need to get going to the hotel I'm staying at. How about we meet up here again tomorrow in the morning so I can introduce you to him?" I suggested
"That would be amazing! Thanks so much!" Luke replied
"Your the best!" Milly added

The hotel I was staying at was quite nice and it really made me look forward to my stay, but eventually the time came for me to meet up with Milly and Luke
"They should be coming soon" I said to myself as I looked around and I could spot two figures rushing towards me
"Hey! Sorry to keep you waiting!" Milly apologized as she and her brother caught their breath
