12 1 1

Enjoy.

Speak in my ear.
You can clearly hear.
The agony in every tear.
In every drop of shame that will sear.

Sear into my every bone.
Sear into my mind until I'm alone.
Sear into my eyes until I lose the tone.
Tone of happiness in my hazy zone.

I am full with ideas I brought.
With one simple thought.
That I fought.
With joy I sought.

October lovers.
The love that hovers.
As they cry in the covers.

They think of what they lost.
And what they gave at a cost.

They dream of the joy and shame.
Of loves game.
In the end, it is all the same.
So try to make it different, tame.

I see your smile.
In such a long while.
I try to hug you through the tile.
And glass, but I see a pile.

I try to reach out.
To the pile of glass to see what it's about.
I try to shout.
Can't you hear me? I pout.

I pour decay.
October delay.
I pour and replay.
October display.
I scream in dismay.

October lover's fear.
They hold onto what is dear.
Just not each other, they can't see clear.
They they know the other is near.

But they can't see them.
The special little gem.

They see only the night so long.
They only see where they belong.
See only they who is a song.
Only they see what is wrong.

In the dead of October.
Despite the morning sun, neither are sober.

October lovers.
Under the covers.

October lovers burn.
With love from the others who turn.
But they can't feel it return.

I try to speak.
I'm a freak.

I try to save.
What is left of the October lovers and pave.
Pave the direction with a wave.

In their haze.
Their lost in the maze.
Looking for a new craze.
