Unfaithful

Part 5: That Day

They had a long lunch and obviously a long conversation while having lunch. Gerry, at some point, managed to tell Katrina how happy he was to have met her. Katrina's cheeks were red after Gerry said those words.

"Are you busy, er, tonight?" Gerry asked. He mustered all of his courage before he asked Katrina.

"No, uh, just editing some videos. Work stuff." Katrina said. She lied. She was actually quite busy. Lots of deadlines and lots of proposals. But she didn't care. She was in Vegas. She was with Gerry. All she wanted to do was be with him.

"So, uh, want to do something else after this?" Gerry asked.

"We could watch House of Cards!" Katrina suggested. Gerry smiled and nodded. He was, after all, a fan of HoC.

Gerry and Katrina entered Gerry's hotel room. It was huge and comfy since it was a suite. Katrina walked around the room before Gerry offered her something to drink.

"I'll go with beer." Katrina said.

She sat down on one of the couches. She knew that at some point later, Gerry would want to have sex or kiss her at least. She likes Gerry but Katrina was a very conservative woman. Don't get me wrong, she's not that of a "good girl", she drinks, she parties, she smokes and she does thing. But she's a virgin. She was nervous.

Gerry came back with a bottle of beer and a bottle of scotch and a glass. He proceeded to open his laptop and clicked on it to watch House of Cards. They sat comfortably and started watching the show.

"I'm a huge fan of Kevin Spacey." Gerry said.

"Me too. I actually find him very attractive." Katrina said.

"Really?" He asked.

"Yeah, I mean, true, he's older. But he has this weird vibe. Or, I'm weird. But I just find him very attractive." Katrina tried to explain although she couldn't find the right words to express her admiration for the actor.

"He's a great actor though." Gerry uncomfortably added.

Gerry sips on his glass. From time to time, he glances at Katrina. They would make small talk in between scenes. They'd comment on how the characters were portrayed.

They decided to call it a night after 5 episodes. Katrina was thinking hard whether or not to stay or not. She wanted to but she was afraid he might want to have sex with her considering that he's 34 and he's a guy.

"So, uh, should I take you home?" Gerry suggested.

Katrina was completely shocked. A bit offended by how much of a gentleman Gerry is.

"Uh, sure, yes, thank you." Katrina said.

Gerry's hotel was just a five-minute drive to Katrina's. The whole drive, all Gerry could think about was how much he wants to kiss her but he tried not to because he wants to make an impression on her.

The elevator ride up the hotel was quiet too. Katrina pretended to be texting someone. Gerry was just standing there, hands in his pocket.

"This is me." Katrina said.

"I had fun today." Gerry said.

"Thank you, Gerry. You made me happy today." Katrina added.

"So did you." Gerry humbly said.

Gerry gave her a smile, then waved goodbye and walked away slowly. Katrina was debating with herself, she wants to kiss him but a part of her says that maybe he doesn't want to kiss him so why should she be the one to do it first?

"Gerry!" She called out.

Gerry was surprised and happy as he turned his back to Katrina. He watched her walk towards her and stopped right in front of him. She waited a few seconds. She examined his lips and looked at his eyes. They were full of passion. By that, Katrina held him and kissed him. She had a few kisses before but she was convinced that she still doesn't know how to kiss properly.

Gerry's eyes widened. As the reality sunk in, he closed his eyes and gave in to Katrina's kiss. This has been his dream for the past few hours. Her lips were sweet yet bitter. He could still taste remnants of the beer she drank earlier. He explored her mouth with his tongue. She was very cooperative.

The kiss was long and Gerry had to stop it. He doesn't want to let his dick do the thinking.

"I'm sorry." Katrina said.

"Katrina, why are you saying sorry?" He asked.

"Because I kissed you?" She said.

"I've been wanting to kiss you since the day I met you. I was just afraid that you might find it too early if I kiss you." Gerry explained.

Katrina's embarrassment shortly became happiness. Gerry was such a gentleman. This must be a dream.

"And trust me, I want to do a lot of things to you other than kissing you. Now, I'm just saying." He said.

Katrina found it sweet that he was honest about his feelings towards her. She appreciated it.

"Good bye, Gerry." Katrina said and she gave him a kiss on the cheek.

"Good bye, Katrina."
