♫ How Long Will This Last - Blossoms ♫

David buries his face in his hands as he shakes his head, "You mean to tell me that you really don't have any social media. At all?" Everyone was staring at me in disbelief and to be honest, I found it kind of sad.

I shake my head no while wiping down the counter, "My life was toxic when I was using it so I let it go. It's never that serious to me anyways." When I look next to David, Jeff is watching me, eyes squinted and his head titled to the side.

"Why is it so important to you guys anyways." I question. This was the third or fourth time he asked me since I met him. The group of people looks amongst each other, at a loss for words. I raise my eyebrows at them, "Let me ask you something Miella, have you watched Angry Birds 2?" Jason laughs.

"Out of all the things, you chose that one? You really think a she's gonna be watching that?" Natalie irritably replies. "Well knowing that Ellie doesn't have any social media, I wouldn't be surprised."

I glare at Jeff once again and he sticks his tongue out, teasing me. "No, I haven't seen that movie. I'm not a movie person."

Everyone groans in response, "Damnit Miella, what do you like?" Heath exclaims. These people probably think I'm a boring workaholic with no personality. "She likes music." Todd says, biting into an apple.

David immediately smiles, "I know Charlie Puth!" He yells. Yeah, and the sun is green. "I'm sure you do." I laugh going back to cleaning.

"Oh he does." Natalie agrees, nodding her head. "What the heck do you people do then?" I question. If they were in the music industry, I definitely would've known.

"We're Youtubers." Stopping in my tracks, I try to stifle in a laugh. My hand covers my mouth as couldn't help but giggle. "So like Jenna Marbles, Shane Dawson, Michelle Phan?" I ask, the only youtubers that came to mind since I watched a few years ago.

Jeff speaks up, "We're actually social media influencers." Is that what they're being called now? Social media influencers. "You mean to tell me you're an influencer? How is it possible with that attitude?" I question. Everyone laughs but Jeff who glares at me.

"How is that possible with that attitude?" He mocks, rolling his eyes and going through his phone. "We wanted to follow you. Why don't you make one?" David asks.

"I'm good, thank you. Not interested at all." I tell them as I continue doing what I was being paid to do. Not to mention I was technically on the clock and my boss was standing in the same room as me. "Can you at least be in my vlogs?" He persists, following me as I mop the floor.

"And do what?" I question.

"Whatever I want you to do, you won't even have to do your job." He almost demands me.

"When I signed up to clean your house, I didn't think it meant pretending to do my job in front of a camera." I turn to face Jason who stood there, covering his mouth with his hand. He shakes his head, not knowing how to handle this situation.

"How many people watch your videos?"

David purses his lips together while holding in a smirk. "Like 10 merojd opeokc." He mutters, his words getting lost in translation.

"What?"

Corinna rolls her eyes, "10 million people. If you wanna get famous, get on his vlogs." she sneers, "You're pretty so you'll have so many guys trying to get with you."

I was still hung up on how many people watched David's videos to focus on what Corinna compliment. 10 million people. Million. 10. Not only was that kind of intimidating but putting yourself in that kind of spotlight is something I never wanted. I can't stand being the center of the attention, which is ironic considering my number one dream in life is to be a singer.
