Soul inspiring
Elegant creatures
Diligent and humble
With gentle features
Toils for forever
At a plant or a flower
The quiet flutter of wings
Away from April showers
It seeks to fulfil
Though it's life is short
Work hard through the days
With much care and thought
We cannot change
Many things in our life
We can strive to live worthily
And avoid much strife
The butterfly rises
Migrating to the next stage
It learns as it goes
Growing prettier with age
And with it's companions
Following it's bold lead
They go on more adventures
And continue to succeed
