Chapter 25

Third Person's POV

Stabs!!

Jungkook watched in disbelief.

The cross was stabbed right into Jeongguk's heart.

"W-What...are...y-you...doing...?!" Jeongguk struggled due to the pain in his heart.

That's when both of them saw in V's eyes...

No...

Not V's...

But Taehyung's...

His right eye was no longer red.

It had turned back into his blue one.

But his black wings are still there...

Which could only meant...

He's fighting himself!!

"Tae..." Jungkook said.

Jeongguk was coughing blood up madly.

He stumbled back, letting Jungkook free.

"No...NO!!!" he screamed as his wings started to shed.

His body slowly started to crumble into dust.

He looked right into Taehyung's eyes.

"I-I will never...forgive you!!" he marked.

Then he looked at Jungkook again.

He smirked.

"I'll be taking you together...WITH. ME!!!" Jeongguk yelled as he took out the stabbed cross and aimed right at Jungkook.

Jungkook tried to escape, but his leg were trapped by the shadows of his brother.

"No!!" Jungkook yelled as he closed his eyes.

Jungkook waited for his life to end.

But nothing came...

He opened his eyes, only to see Taehyung...

He was standing right in front of him...

The cross in his heart...

"TAEHYUNG!!" Jungkook screamed.

But Taehyung only gave him a weak smile and slowly, he collapsed onto the ground.

His large black wings slowly started to shed.

He was getting weaker and weaker...

Jungkook rushed towards Taehyung and held him dearly.

"Oh, Tae...why would you do such stupid things..." Jungkook cried.

But Taehyung could only smile.

"I-It's because I-I...love...you..." Taehyung said.

But Jungkook just shooked his head in disbelief.

"You should've just let me die instead..." Jungkook said as tears were now flowing down his cheeks.

Taehyung reached his hand out and caressed Jungkook's face for the last time.

"Thank you...Jungkook...for saving me..." Taehyung said and finally, he let out his last breath.

Jungkook cried.

He was so upset.

He really couldn't accept his lover's death.

All he could do now was kissing Taehyung's cold lips for one last time as Taehyung slowly crumbled into dust, his wings were now completely shed off.

(please ignore that Jungkook's an angel in this pic and the stake thingy...you can imagine it!!)

"Tae..." Jungkook cried out for Taehyung even though he knew the latter wouldn't reply him anymore.

His brother was long dead already.

Now all that was left was only him and Taehyung's cold body...

I'm updating it as soon as possible cause I wanna finish my story fast!! 😂
