Nat's POV

As soon as the nurses are done with Leo, we both get out of this hospital before Leo's cousin, Alejandro comes and gets to recognize me and also hits Leo again.

Weird jerk.

As we are going out , after Leo has paid all the bills for himself , Alejandro and Mario ( Leo has decided to keep Mario in the hospital till the time he gets as it is the safest place for him ) I see an open door and a really pretty girl next to--

"Marco?" I say out loud and my eyes widen at the sight.

Both Leo and Marco look at me .

Leo looks shocked and ready to kill Marco but just for the sake of this hospital and me, he doesn't do anything but stand right there in shock and look at Marco with a death stare.

Marco, on the other hand, has no expression and if I am not wrong looks angrily at Leo as though he wanted to hurt him more. That fucking asshole--

"Babe, let's leave, " Leo calls out.

I know be wants to just get out of here .

"Yeah"

As we are about to go, the girl looks up at us --

It's my cousin.

She's the worst kind of person on earth.

What is she doing here?

Isn't she supposed to be in Italy?

She is the perfect daughter my parents wished they had, instead they're stuck with me. She came with us when we shifted here but she left this year only.

She just smiles and waves.

Does she really not remember me or is this just an act?

Bitch.

"Hey don't stand in there come in!" she exclaims in happiness.

Fake happiness.

She is really pretending, but why?

Doesn't she know that she's not a great actor and I can see right through her facade?

I just wave back and say "no really...--"

But she suddenly comes out and pulls me by my hand inside the room.

What the --?

Leave me alone.

"Marco, do you know her?" She beams at Marco .

She seems to totally adore Marco for some odd reason .

Sophie! Have you lost your mind?

Snap out of it!

"No, I don't," he says and looks the other way .

Wait, did Marco just leave out an opportunity to roast me in front of an outsider?

Must be her, that's why.
