Chapter 31: To the beach!

On the day before his birthday, Izuku never thought that he'd get kidnapped by his friends early in the morning.

When he first heard the doorbell, he went to open the door and the first thing he saw is Kirishima and Kaminari grinning at him. Then the next thing he knew, is that he's begin dragged out of his house by them and into a car that he recognize.

Oh no...

Sitting in the driver's seat is none other than Mitsuki and in the seat beside her is Katsuki, who is as pale as a ghost. Izuku won't blame Katsuki for having this reaction because he too, can feel his blood ran cold at the thought of going on a drive with Mitsuki as the driver.

When Kirishima and Kaminari enter the car and sit with Izuku right in between them, they was confused by the fearful look on Izuku's expression.

"Sorry for scaring you like that Midoriya, but we'll be going somewhere as a surprise!" Kaminari grinned.

"Yeah, we'll be going to the afterlife because of you idiots." Katsuki thought, knowing that he'll get a good smack on his head if he were to say it out.

"Dude, are you okay? You look kind of pale." Kirishima said.

"No, I'm fine. I'm just happy that I can get to see such a beautiful sky for one last time..."

"Don't worry Izuku. I checked the weather forecast and they said that it's going to be sunny today." Mitsuki smiled.

"I see..." Izuku muttered. Then, he gently tapped Katsuki's shoulder to get his attention. "Kacchan, do you have a few paper bags with you?"

Without a word, Katsuki pass three paper bags to Izuku.

"Do you get carsick easily, Midoriya?" Kirishima asked.

"Well... I guess..."

Kaminari become even more confuse when Izuku pass a paper bag to him and Kirishima, giving them a look that seem to says, 'feel free to use it when the time comes'. Kaminari blinked as he stare at Izuku for a few seconds before he shifted his gaze to Mitsuki and Katsuki. Then, it clicked inside his head as he found a good guess to why Katsuki and Izuku is acting like this.

"Um... could this be what I am thinking? Is it one of the cliché setting where someone is either bad or reckless in driving?" Kaminari whispered softly.

Izuku can only give Kaminari a sad smile. "It's going to be an unforgettable memory. That's for sure."

"Alright, is everyone ready?" Mitsuki asked. Nobody can get to answer her when she suddenly start the car's engine.

Why are they going to the beach out of the sudden? To put it simply, all Katsuki can say is that it's all Todoroki and Ashido's fault since they wanted to celebrate Izuku's birthday at the beach.

Actually, Katsuki himself is also part of it...

It happened yesterday in school during lunch time. For some really weird reason, Todoroki and Ashido is having lunch with them as well. When Izuku and Kaminari left to buy drinks, Ashido start to talk about the places that she wanted to go for holiday.

"When it comes to summer, I wanted to go to the beach the most!" Ashido said.

"Oh, that sounds nice." Kirishima nodded in agreement.

"Tch, you idiots are so damn fucking carefree." Katsuki grumbled.

Todoroki thought for a while before an idea came to his mind. "Bakugou, have you ever been to the beach before?"
