"You know, Crowley, I rather liked your long hair."

"Huh?"

Crowley turned from the mirror, where he was examining his appearance.

"Like this?"

The demon clicked his fingers, his hair changing to the hairstyle Aziraphale remembered was from the time of Eden.

"Yes! Exactly like that, dear!"

Crowley looked thoughtfully back at his reflection.

"You sure, angel?"

"Absolutely, Crowley, you look dashing."

Crowley allowed a light blush to pass onto his face.

"Oh shut up."

He growled.

"But you do, dear."

The angel paused for a few seconds, inspecting Crowley's hair.

"Can I style it? I found some daisies!"

The angel's face lit up, filled with sudden excitement. Crowley sighed, sitting on the stool Aziraphale had miracled in front of the mirror.

"Your hair is so soft, dear, why ever did you cut it short?

"Went out of fashion."

Aziraphale ran his fingers through Crowley's hair, carefully untangling the few knots throughout.

"Well I think it's really cool, dear."

"You've already told me."

Crowley grumbled.

Secretly, the demon was enjoying the contact, and every now and then, Aziraphale's hand would brush against the side of his head. Aziraphale was warm.

"So, Crowley, I'm going to plait in the flowers, is that okay, dear?"

Crowley shrugged.

"Sure, angel. Just don't expect me to keep it in."

Said angel carefully seperated the demon's hair into three, and started plaiting.

"Are you done yet?"

"No, almost there, dear."

"I'm bored, angel."

"Stop wriggling about, it'll take longer, Crowley."

Eventually, Aziraphale had finished, and Crowley was absolutely in love with his hairstyle.

"I'm never taking this out."

"But you said-"

"I said nothing! I'm keeping it."
