Chapter Twenty-Three

Areum had gotten done with a few hours of shopping and she got home in time to get everything ready. She had a more girly outfit, obviously to her everything had to be a designer, a skirt and blouse along with her heels made her look like a new person outside of the uniform. Getting her hair and makeup done by some other people, Sungjoon arrived also looking nice. They both headed out into a separate limousine other than the parents and got there just a few minutes before Mingi. When they got out of the car, peoples heads turned immediately, not expecting a pair like them together. She walked inside with him and in the corner of her eye she saw Mingi and Hana, she didn't look in their direction and sat near their parents.

He Looked around for a but and noticed Areum with one of the Jungs. He frowned his eyebrows and bit his lip in confusion. Hana tugged on his arm and made him focus. "What?"

"I said let's get some drinks." She sighed.

"Oh.. yeah." He mumbled and walked towards the drinks.

Areum ended up talking to many business partners and journalists about the company. Many also asked questions about the relationship between the Jungs and she didn't exactly answer them. Sungjoon got up and looked around, "I'm going to get us some drinks, just stay here" he said while looking down and headed off to the area that Mingi was. Areum sighed and noticed Mingi and Hana, "He looks so happy though, was what he told me true?" she muttered and her mother came up behind her asking what she was talking to herself about. "Nothing mother, you should go find Mrs. Jung" Areum said with a grin, waiting for Sungjoon.

Although Mingi was drinking his drink with Hana he was still looking around for Areum. When he saw that Sungjoon had left her he thought it was the best opportunity to talk to her. He looked at Hana and kissed her cheek. "I'll be right back" he said walking over to Areum quickly. He grabbed her hand and pulled her along without saying anything. He went outside to the parking lot and opened the door of his range rover. "He peeked his head inside and looked at the chauffeur. "Go take a break." He said. The chauffeur looked at Areum real quick then left.

He pulled her into the car and closed the door after them. "This is the best place to hide..." He mumbled. "Why did you come with the Jung's son?" He asked scrunching his eyebrows at her

Areum had wide eyes when he pulled her out and into the car. She smacked his arm, "Are you an idiot?! A journalist could have taken a picture of us!" she said huffing out. She looked at him for a few seconds before letting out a long sigh. "I don't know, ask my parents...why do you want to know again?" she said looking into the building to see a confused Sungjoon looking around for her. Chuckling, she turned back to Mingi and cleared her throat.

He looked at her as she spoke and down at her lips followed by her outfit. "You look beautiful." He smirked leaning in to kiss her lips softly. He placed a hand on her thigh as the other was on her cheek pulling her closer

Areum grinned at his comment and shook her head. She closed her eyes when their lips met and felt his hand on her thigh. She pulled away slightly, still having their faces close together, "Brave of you to do this when our parents are in the building next to us" she giggled.

"well... The windows are black so no one will be able to see through." He said tugging on her dress a bit while having his head tilted. "This dress looks good on you." He whispered as he looked into her eyes their faces a few inches away

Areum looked at him in confusion for a bit and burst out into laughter. "You're so funny, this is a blouse and a skirt" she said before laughing again. Catching her breath, she held his hand and placed it on her thigh. "Stupid" she mumbled and looked at him.

He looked down at her clothes and gasped. "oh... Well they're matching so they're basically one piece." He mumbled and looked up at her. He held her hand that was on her thigh and pecked her lips. He looked into her eyes then down at her lips for a few seconds
