"So do we have a plan?" Six asked

"I was expecting you to come up with a plan" Lance said

Everyone is on edge now that we know the location of Hans, I was watching them argue, usually I have someone like Lance or Six to do the planning and to be honest I have when I have to do it but the way I see it...guess I'll have to step in.

"did you guys finish your argument?" I said while I used my foot to turn on the hologram of Hans' base we got thanks to our satellites.

"Ok..The White Masks main base is located in this island in the Pacific Ocean which name I don't remember" I said then Six interrupted me

"Henderson Island, that's the name" he said and I shrugged, Grace for some reason giggled

"That place is known for being the most polluted place on earth" Travis said

"Exactly, perfect place for the chimera virus to run free...and with that the infected pets he has" I said as I made a zoom in the hologram, showing them the beach.

"in order to minimize the casualties I was planning that me and Travis get to the island alone, and clear out the infected nests and with that giving you a chance of not getting surrounded by them. What do you guys think?" I looked at everyone, I saw Grace face...she wasn't happy about my so called master plan yet she didn't say anything.

"Sounds good to me?" Travis shrugged

"better than nothing" Six said

"it could work..." Lance said

"Travis can you go ahead and tell them what to expect in the island...since you were there" I said and he nodded, I looked at Grace who instantly gave me a disapproving look...I signaled her with my head that I wanted to meet her outside, I left the room and she did the same.

"Ok, what's the matter?" I asked her, but she didn't say anything she just looked away from me

"Grace..." I said as I gently grabbed her chin and made her face me but she free herself from my grip and went back to look away

"Why It has to be you who always have to take the risk?" she said without looking at me

"What about Travis?" I smirked at her

"Shut up! You get what I mean..." she faced me again, she was serious

"Because who will if I don't take it?" I said

"Uhh...some else, duh!" She crossed her arms
"I don't want to lose you...again" she added but now she wasn't serious, she was sad

"You know, shooting, killing, punching people was never my thing, but I did it anyway...when mom got sick and when I meet you made me feel like I needed to do all that so I can keep you save" I said then hugged her

"I'm doing this not to protect them but to protect you, if you are safe I promise you I won't let them kill me" I said then after a couple of seconds Grace hugged me back tightly

"I'll let you do under one condition..." she said

"And that is...?" I said confused, her face turned red

"Forget it, just come back to me as soon all of this is finished" she said then we headed back to the room

Time Skip

we arrived like 100 meters away from the island, I didn't want them to shot us down so I prefer to go swimming, the island looked like New Mexico, the operation I didn't go. We arrived to the shore and the infected looked at us but didn't do anything because, the same blood ran in our bodies.
