Grace PoV

I was watching the TV early in the morning with (y,n), I was laying down in the couch and he was sitting in the same couch so my legs were resting in his lap, today is an important day the tournament and my favorite K/POP band is performing today too. I was watching them in the TV and I was excited, then I turned to see (y,n) he was confused.

"I've never heard of K/DA, never listen to any K/POP band really" He said

"Don't tell me you hate it?" I started to get upset

"No, the music is interesting, I'm just saying I've never listened to any of that before" he said and I got happy, at least he doesn't hate them.

"I almost forgot! We are leaving early to train before the tournament, don't forget to meet up with  my parents, remember you said you would" I said and he just nodded, I gave him a kiss on the cheek
"I'm sure they will love you, just give them time" I said then kiss him again on the cheek and prepare myself to leave.

(Y,N) PoV

As I saw Grace Leaving as soon as she closes the door I let out a long sigh, why did I say I would meet up with them, They hate me....but what else should I do, I already said I will. The tournament is in 5 hours and she left to practice...Grace really want to win, that's my girl.

I used this time to run some diagnostics on my combat suit...I recently added a grappling hook but instead of throwing it, I just aim to the place I want it to hook and that's all the suit shoot the hook and I just have to let it pulled me up. I looked at the time and I spent 1 hour here, I got ready and then left the hotel room.

Time skip

I was getting off the bus, it should be easy to get lost but thanks to Dokki translations I was able to find my way to Grace's parents house. I was walking to their home when...

(Y,N) we are being followed

"Just what I needed, for how long?" I said without stopping walking

Since we exited the Hotel

"You could've told me sooner" I said, I wasn't mad at her

"It's fine...now we have to take another route" I said, maybe it's some stupid thug trying to get rob me either way I didn't want to put Grace's Family in danger so I continued walking without looking to the house where Grace parents lived, I keep walking a few blocks, a car with the symbol of the Korean army stepped in front of me I saw one of them taking out his shotgun and shot me...I activated my armor and crouched but the shot hit my cape. So I took it out and use it as a distraction.

Immediately I saw the guy who was following me taking out his gun, I looked around to see where I should go...so I decided to run away by crossing the street, I looked behind and then another car joined the ones who were trying to kill me

"I'm going to be late Grace, I'm sorry"

5 hours later
Grace PoV

I saw my parents arrived without (y,n) and immediately got worried so I approached them

"That boyfriend of yours never came" my dad said

"See honey...he doesn't care about you, he kept us waiting for so long, we ya to leave him or we would've missed your tournament" my mother said mad and if I didn't have enough problems my ex-friend came and suddenly my parents smiled

"Is everything ok?" Jae said smiling

"We were talking to our daughter that her boyfriend is not responsible" my mom said and I gave a long sigh
