(Nagisa's POV)
Today was the day. I am going to start my first day of school. I squealed in excitement, as I ran down the stairs. I smiled as i looked at my mom, who was cooking breakfast. My eyes shifted to the table, where Danny sat, my step dad. I hate him. (Wow Nagisa, hate is a strong word) i despises him.

"Morning mom. Hi Danny" I said Dannys name as if Danny is my worst enemy who was forced to stay with us, but we both hate him. "Morning Nagisa." My mother said calmly, looking very tired.

Sorry. I'll tell you what's happening. Danny married Nagisa's mother and abuses her and Nagisa.

I grabbed some toast, kissing my mother on the cheek. "I'm going to school. Bye mom." I shouted as I ran out the door. "Bye sweetie." She Yelled back.

I smiled, running down the street. I looked at my phone, to figure out where to go. I stopped running at a large, wooden sign, looking like someone had lit it on fire, than dipped it in water for 6 hours. I looked up at a large hill with a lot of trees. So............trees. I hesitated before making my way up there. I jumped, hearing someone laugh. I began to walk faster, the laugh only getting closer.

I started to sprint, not even looking back. I ended up running into a tree. I yelped in pain, as I placed a hand on my face. I heard the loud footsteps getting closer. I began to slowly crawl away before being grabbed by the shoulder. I closed my eyes, waiting for any sort of pain. Instead, I was pulled into a warm embrace. I opened my eyes, moving my head so I am looking up. And I couldn't believe my eyes. There is no way. This can't be real.
