He didn't answer and his brother walked in the room.

¨I think it would be very beneficial to you if you talked to us.¨ Estonia said, his eyes soften, ¨What's wrong?¨

He turned away and buried his face into the sheets of the bed. The boy shook his head.

He didn't want to talk about it.

Not ever again.

He had to let go of Hungary and Prussia.

Maybe that was best.

He started to sob painfully and Estonia immediately started to rub his back. He felt so terrible at the fact that he didn't know what to do.

There was a knock on the door again before Lithuania walked in.

He sadly stared at his little brother and went to sit on the bed, ¨Latvia, please,¨ He begged.

Let us help you.

He swore his brother was becoming sadder by the day.

Latvia continued to sob.

Estonia gave Lithuania an exasperated look.

Lithuania sighed and started to speak again, ¨Did Russia say something to you?¨

Latvia stopped, how did he know? He slowly started to shake his head. Russia had been right and that's what mattered.

¨Please don't lie to me,¨ Toris whispered and his younger brother froze.

Before finally looking up at his two older brothers with his teary red eyes. ¨He's right.¨

Estonia shook his head, ¨No he's n-¨

¨I'll never be Italy or Liechtenstein!!¨ He cried out, ¨I'll never be their child. Russia was right.¨

The older two looked at each other, of course Russia screwed this up.

¨Raivis, you know they care for you, even if they didn't raise you.¨ Estonia spoke. ¨We've seen the way they behave with you.¨

Latvia shook his head, ¨No, I-¨

¨Forget what Ivan said.¨ Lithuania said. ¨Hungary and you have been heartbroken because of what he did. Do you really think she would lie about her feelings for you? Prussia's even hurt because of this. Do you really think that they would lie to you about their feelings?¨

Did he really think that?  Prussia thought to himself. He was outside the door listening. The albino had followed Lithuania to the room, and told him he would stay out here. He knew for a fact that if he went and talked to Latvia himself or was at least in the room, the young boy wouldn't speak.

But what the boy thought......

That was so wrong. And it needed to be cleared up now.

Gilbert rushed down the hallway.

He had to get the mother of his son.

¨I don't know, I don't know, I don't know,¨ Hungary stressed out to Ukraine as she laid on the bed in tears.

This had been so hard for her.

The other woman had been suggesting possibilities of what could have made Latvia so distress to pull away.

And Hungary didn't know if any of her suggestions were right. All she knew though, was that it was her fault.

It had to be.

She had to have done something to scare her son away.

She sighed and buried her face in a pillow, unaware that her child had been doing the same thing earlier.

Ukraine frowned, she really wished she could help in some way or the other. It was hard seeing her friend like this. But what could she do?

She had known Hungary and Prussia were growing close to  Latvia, so what could of broke that up?

The door slammed open causing both women to look up.

Prussia looked straight at Hungary and she opened her mouth to speak, ¨Gilb-¨

He cut her off.

¨It was that Russian bastard!!!¨ He yelled angrily.

The two women stared at him, ¨What?¨ Hungary asked.

Prussia looked at Ukraine, ¨Your brother did this to him!!! He told him we didn't care, put lies in his head!!!! That bastard is making my son feel worthless!!!¨

¨Huh?¨ Ukraine asked, ¨Ivan?? B-but- but why? He.... I'll talk to h-¨

¨He did this to my son!?!¨Hungary got up and looked at Ukraine angrily, ¨Your damned good for nothing bastard brother did this to my baby!! He made Raivis question my love for him!! Made him run from me!!!¨

She was so heartbroken..... but was also so so angry.

And Ukraine was there to take it.

Said nation stood up with tears in her eyes, ¨I'm sorry!!! I didn't know, I don't know why he would do something like this.¨

¨Because he's a cold hearted bastard!!!¨ Hungary yelled.

¨Don't say that!!¨ She yelled back, ¨He's not bad. He loves sunflowers and was such a sweet and kind and helpful boy as a chil-¨

¨Really??¨ Prussia said with sarcasm, ¨Then looks like that disappeared to never come back!!¨

She stood there shocked and hurt. Prussia and her were never really close, but him insulting Russia was one thing. But her friend, Hungary was another.¨

The woman looked so distressed, maybe this was just the anger and shockedness talking.

But still, she couldn't just let them insult her baby brother, her only brother like that. They didn't know him like she did.

¨Please!!!¨ She begged, ¨You don't know him like I do. You don't understand, you don't understand him!! I know him, nobody ever tries to get closer to Ivan. I raised him-¨

¨Then looks like you didn't do a good enough job.¨ Hungary simply said and next there was deafening silence.

And before Ukraine could wipe her falling tears or respond with 'How dare you!?!',  her ex friend walked out the room.

Prussia looked more than shocked at what was said, but didn't say anything to Ukraine and walked out after Hungary.

Lithuania sighed as he ran his hands through Latvia's hair. His brother wasn't asleep, but was tired. Which made sense after all that crying.

But he and Estonia didn't know if Latvia truly understood  that Hungary and Prussia truly cared for him and what Russia said was truly made up.

Raivis was very fragile, especially with being so young and living like this.

¨I want,¨ He heard Latvia mumble, ¨I want mammite.¨ He whimpered, ¨But will she even-¨

The door slammed open and all three Baltics looked at the person.

Hungary was looking straight at Latvia. He felt frozen, if he went to hug her, what would she do?

Well he didn't have to do anything.

Lithuania knew enough to move as Hungary quickly rushed to the bed and took her son in her arms.

He didn't resist.
