Chapter 3

In the morning Cross woke up really early so he was making breakfast so the maids wouldn't have to. He thought that they worked to heard but they would always decline a day off when Cross offered one to them. And he didn't understand why.

Killer woke up the normal time he would. Which was two minutes before the maids got up. Luckily Cross had already made breakfast and enough for everyone in the castle. He had woken up three hours earlier then the maids so he had plenty of time.

Cross put the last plate at the table in front of Killer. Zoe walked in and was in shock. "Highness did you do this!?" She asked

"Yep now go wake everyone else up and tell them I made breakfast" Cross said smiling. He then walked towards the gusset room to wake Night if he wasn't already awake.

Cross knocked just to be polite. "Come in" Cross opened the door and saw Night at the desk. He was cleaning his violin

"Breakfast is ready if you're hungry" Cross said

Nightmare nodded putting his violin away. He then walked to the door were Cross was standing. Cross then started walking Nightmare following not knowing how to get to the dinning room.

Cross walked into the dinning room and everyone in the castle was sitting waiting for him before they ate. Nightmare froze in the doorway at the amount of people in the room Cross noticed that Nightmare was scared and Cross took Nightmare hand and pulled him too two empty chairs. Cross sat in one Nightmare sat in the other.

"Prince Cross why did you make this for us when it's our job?" A maid asked

"Well you guys never take days off when I offer them so I decided to save you the hassle and make breakfast" Cross smiled at everyone

Killer stood up. "Cross if this isn't good I'm going to hide the chocolate!" Cross stood up

"Hide the chocolate I dare you" they glared at each other intensely

"BOYS!!!!" Zoe yelled the prince's sat down

Nightmare sat quietly he had taken off his crown when he woke up so his hood was down. He twiddled his thumbs nervously.

"So Cross who's the lad next to you?" A butter asked.

Cross smiled "oh yeah I forgot to introduce you guys to him!"

Nightmare stiffened not likely people.

"This is Night he's traveling and I found him asleep in the woods and then asked him if he wanted to stay a few nights he didn't want to be a bother but I insisted!" Cross beginning to eat.

"So............. is he royalty~?" Zoe said wiggling her eyebrows

Cross looked confused at Night. Then he realized what Zoe was insisting he stood up. "ZOE STOP!! I'M TIRED OF YOU GUYS DOING THAT!!!" Cross ran to his room everyone ignored it except Nightmare he was worried

"Umm excuse me.... what just happened?" Nightmare asked

"Well you see he's gay and still isn't married and our kingdom doesn't have a King since him and the queen up and left leaving Cross and me. And Cross wouldn't expect the fact that he has to role the kingdom, in order for that he has to get married....... but he can't handle all that presser at once and it scares him so when any of us say something like that...... He freaks out." Killer explained

Nightmare sighed "umm can one of you detect me to where he would have ran off to?"

"His room just walk straight out then turn right the straight then left" Killer said smirking

Nightmare ran in the detection Killer had said.

Cross layed in his bed face first shaking he wasn't ready to be King he hasn't found the right someone yet and he just wants to enjoy his life not spend it working.
