The idea of Ramadan can look confusing to non muslims, ''How can someone love a month when he can't eat and drink from sunrise to sunset.. pretty confusing hah?"
Yeah, everyone likes food.. it's pretty obvious! And no one can deny fasting can be hard sometimes, but here where the purpose is!
Ramadan teaches us patience, it teaches us that we can handle some hours without food and water which are necessary things... so what about anger? violence? harshness
Of course we can control them! It's all about determination and duaa'
Ramadan is to remind everyone of the poor and less fortunate, a time of charity, compassion, abstinence, and forgiveness..
Allah said in the Quran: ''Call on me, I will answer you'' -Surat Ghafir
Allah(God) is always near, it's our choice to go to him or not.
