C H A P T E R F O R T Y-F I V E

Emily's Pov.

"Xavier!" I giggled as he tickled me.

We were both in bed watching a movie, that was until Xavier started to distract me. He kept poking and disturbing me and I couldn't concentrate on the movie. We were watching Despicable Me 3 if you're asking.

"What?" He asked innocently and I tried to push his hands away but failed.

"S.....stop....tickle....tickling me!" I said in between my laughs.

"What did you say?" He asked while I laughed out even more.

"I....I...s...said....stop," I said in between my laughs again and push his hands away but this time succeeded.

He pulled me into his chest while wrapping his arms around me as my laughs died down. I send him a playful glare and turned to watch the movie.

"Do you really want to watch this--" he began but I cut him off.

"Shhh! This is my favorite part" I said while placing my index finger on his lips. I didn't realize my finger was still on his mouth until I felt a little pressure on it and snapped my head to Xavier.

He sends a smirk at me while biting my finger and I quickly pulled my finger away before feeling my face heat up. I push my hair in front to hide my blush before turning my focus back to the movie.

"No need to hide your blush around me...gattino" he whispered in my ears and I smacked him on the shoulders while sending him another playful glare.

"Stop distracting me" I warned and went back to watching my movie. He was starting to annoy me. Like hell, I couldn't watch my movie in peace with him distracting me!

"Or what?" He asked while he pulled me closer to him.

"Or I'll....knock you out" I responded to his question and I was suddenly flipped on the bed while he was over me.

"I'll like to see you try" he smirks while holding down both of my hands and I try to get out of his grip.

He was too strong!

"You just wait until I get out of your grip! You'll be sorry!" I said to him and he smiled at me.

"What are you smiling about?" I asked, glaring at him.

"You're very cute when you're angry," he said while chuckling and I scoff at him before he finally let go of me and I kicked him where the sun doesn't shine.

He groans out in pain while grabbing his lower area and I sat there snickering. He suddenly got up and I stopped laughing when I saw him glaring at me.

"You'll pay for this!" He said and I got up and bolted out of the bedroom.

I skipped a few stairs while running doing and manage to make it to the living room before he caught me. "Not that fast I guess," he said while wrapping his arms around me.

"I'm sorry" I muttered quietly and he remained silently for a while.

"You know, it's quite hard to be angry at you," he said while smiling and I looked at him confused.

He continued to smile at me and I give him a puzzled look before asking "are you okay?"

"Well it still hurts but I'll be fine" he replied, still smiling at me.

"You're crazy" I muttered and was sure he heard me.

"Crazy for you"

Xavier's Pov.

This woman was making me fall deeper in love with her every day and I'm damn sure that one day is gonna come when I won't be able to leave the bed for work when I have her in my arms.

God, what have I done to deserve such a woman?

My love for her is indescribable. She's too innocent, too selfless, too beautiful, too caring but yet I love her.

I don't know what would happen if she ever leaves my life. I probably will die...slowly.

I can't even go a day without thinking about her. I can't even close my eyes without seeing her beautiful face flash before me and I can't go a day without hearing her angelic voice and her smile. That smile that gives me the strength to go on each day. That smile that I'll do anything to see it.

She's so addicting. Her smell is, her face is and her smile is that's why I can't keep my hands off of her. It feels so right when she's around me.

She's the first woman that I've been drawn too and I'm one hundred percent sure I would never let that attraction ware away.

I love her.

I love this woman that's in my arms.

And she's never going anywhere else but in my arms.

Because she's mine...
